foreigners cower before me; as soon as they hear of me, they obey me.

People from other lands bow down to me in fear. As soon as they hear about me, they obey me.

Foreigners came cringing to me; as soon as they heard of me, they obeyed me.

Foreign nations cringe before me; as soon as they hear of me, they submit.

Foreigners submit to me cringing; as soon as they hear, they obey me.

Foreigners pretend to obey me; As soon as they hear, they obey me.

Say to God,“ How awesome are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power Your enemies shall submit themselves to You.

“ Also the sons of the foreigner Who join themselves to the Lord, to serve Him, And to love the name of the Lord, to be His servants— Everyone who keeps from defiling the Sabbath, And holds fast My covenant—

You have neither part nor portion in this matter, for your heart is not right in the sight of God.Repent therefore of this your wickedness, and pray God if perhaps the thought of your heart may be forgiven you.For I see that you are poisoned by bitterness and bound by iniquity.”

As soon as they hear of me they obey me; The foreigners submit to me.The foreigners fade away, And come frightened from their hideouts.

Happy are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the Lord, The shield of your help And the sword of your majesty! Your enemies shall submit to you, And you shall tread down their high places.”
