『主永恆主這麼說：以色列的人君哪，你們可夠了！把強暴和搶奪的事除掉哦！施行公平公義吧！將霸佔我人民產業的事拉掉起來哦。這是主永恆主發神諭說的。『你們要用公道的天平、公道的升斗、公道的量器。伊法和罷特容積要一樣：罷特可盛賀梅珥十分之一，伊法也可盛賀梅珥十分之一：都以賀梅珥的容量為標準。一舍客勒是二十季拉；五舍客勒就是五舍客勒，十舍客勒就是十舍客勒；你們的彌那是五十舍客勒的。『你們所應當提獻的提獻物乃是這一些：一賀梅珥麥子要獻一伊法的六分之一；一賀梅珥大麥要獻一伊法的六分之一。你們所分定的油、一柯珥要獻一罷特的十分之一：一柯珥有十罷特，因為一賀梅珥也有十罷特。
