大衛對他說：「你的血歸到你自己頭上！因為你親口指證自己，說：『我殺了耶和華的受膏者。』」

大衛曰、爾血歸於爾首、爾口自證殺耶和華之受膏者、○

大闢曰、斯人自證、殺耶和華所沐以膏者、罪當歸之。

For David had said to him,“ Your blood be on your own head. Your own mouth testified against you when you said,‘ I killed the Lord’s anointed.’”

That’s because David had said to him,“ Anything that happens to you will be your own fault. What your own mouth has spoken is a witness against you. You said,‘ I killed the Lord’ s anointed king.’ ”

And David said to him,“ Your blood be on your head, for your own mouth has testified against you, saying,‘ I have killed the Lord’s anointed.’”

“ You have condemned yourself,” David said,“ for you yourself confessed that you killed the Lord’s anointed one.”

For David had said to the Amalekite,“ Your blood is on your own head because your own mouth testified against you by saying,‘ I killed the LORD’s anointed.’”

And David said to him,“ Your blood is on your head, because your own mouth has testified against you, saying,‘ I have finished off the Lord’s anointed.’ ”

So David said to him,“ Your blood is on your own head, for your own mouth has testified against you, saying,‘ I have killed the Lord’s anointed.’”

And David said unto him, Thy blood be upon thy head; for thy mouth hath testified against thee, saying, I have slain Jehovah’s anointed.

For David had said to the Amalekite,“ Your blood is on your own head because your own mouth testified against you by saying,‘ I killed the Lord’s anointed.’”

And David said unto him, Thy blood[ be] upon thy head; for thy mouth hath testified against thee, saying, I have slain the LORD’S anointed.

David said to him,“ Your blood be on your own head! Your own mouth has testified against you, saying‘ I have put the LORD’s anointed to death.’”

David said to him,“ Your blood be on your head; for your mouth has testified against you, saying,‘ I have slain Yahweh’s anointed.’”

All the people answered,“ His blood is on us and on our children!” (niv)

If any of them go outside your house into the street, their blood will be on their own heads; we will not be responsible. As for those who are in the house with you, their blood will be on our head if a hand is laid on them. (niv)

But David said to Abishai,“ Don’t destroy him! Who can lay a hand on the Lord’s anointed and be guiltless? (niv)

“‘ Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death. Because they have cursed their father or mother, their blood will be on their own head. (niv)

“ So I stood beside him and killed him, because I knew that after he had fallen he could not survive. And I took the crown that was on his head and the band on his arm and have brought them here to my lord.” (niv)

The day you leave and cross the Kidron Valley, you can be sure you will die; your blood will be on your own head.” (niv)

“ His master replied,‘ I will judge you by your own words, you wicked servant! You knew, did you, that I am a hard man, taking out what I did not put in, and reaping what I did not sow? (niv)

Since they heard the sound of the trumpet but did not heed the warning, their blood will be on their own head. If they had heeded the warning, they would have saved themselves. (niv)

Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. (niv)

Do this so that innocent blood will not be shed in your land, which the Lord your God is giving you as your inheritance, and so that you will not be guilty of bloodshed. (niv)

Your own mouth condemns you, not mine; your own lips testify against you. (niv)

you have been trapped by what you said, ensnared by the words of your mouth. (niv)

And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being.“ Whoever sheds human blood, by humans shall their blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made mankind. (niv)

Later, when David heard about this, he said,“ I and my kingdom are forever innocent before the Lord concerning the blood of Abner son of Ner.May his blood fall on the head of Joab and on his whole family! May Joab’s family never be without someone who has a running sore or leprosy or who leans on a crutch or who falls by the sword or who lacks food.” (niv)

“‘ If a man has sexual relations with his father’s wife, he has dishonored his father. Both the man and the woman are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.“‘ If a man has sexual relations with his daughter- in- law, both of them are to be put to death. What they have done is a perversion; their blood will be on their own heads.“‘ If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads. (niv)

God did this in order that the crime against Jerub-Baal’s seventy sons, the shedding of their blood, might be avenged on their brother Abimelek and on the citizens of Shechem, who had helped him murder his brothers. (niv)

“‘ A man or woman who is a medium or spiritist among you must be put to death. You are to stone them; their blood will be on their own heads.’” (niv)

He lends at interest and takes a profit. Will such a man live? He will not! Because he has done all these detestable things, he is to be put to death; his blood will be on his own head. (niv)

“‘ If a woman approaches an animal to have sexual relations with it, kill both the woman and the animal. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads. (niv)

Therefore, I declare to you today that I am innocent of the blood of any of you. (niv)

The Lord will repay him for the blood he shed, because without my father David knowing it he attacked two men and killed them with the sword. Both of them— Abner son of Ner, commander of Israel’s army, and Amasa son of Jether, commander of Judah’s army— were better men and more upright than he.May the guilt of their blood rest on the head of Joab and his descendants forever. But on David and his descendants, his house and his throne, may there be the Lord’s peace forever.” (niv)
