受即信其名者、賜之權、為上帝子、是非由血氣、非由情欲、非由人意而生、乃由上帝也、

是基督為新約中保、以死贖前約者之罪、使蒙召者、獲所許之永福、

耶穌基督僕、使徒西門彼得書達凡賴上帝、及救主耶穌基督之義、共獲此信之寶、

今而後、生於世、勿從人欲、乃順上帝旨、我生斯世、從異邦人之俗亦至矣、邪侈縱欲、沉湎、蕩檢、饕餮過度、及拜偶像、尤非所宜、

戰鬥爭競、何自而來、非欲戰於中而生乎、爾欲而不得、爾忿怒殺戮、而終無所獲、爾戰鬥爭競、而無所得者、因爾不知求、爾求而不得、妄求從欲故也、
