When Ahaziah king of Judah saw what had happened, he fled up the road to Beth Haggan. Jehu chased him, shouting,“ Kill him too!” They wounded him in his chariot on the way up to Gur near Ibleam, but he escaped to Megiddo and died there.

Ahaziah, the king of Judah, saw what had happened. So he tried to get away. He went up the road toward Beth Haggan. Jehu chased him. He shouted,“ Kill him too!” Jehu’s men wounded Ahaziah in his chariot. It happened on the way up to Gur near Ibleam. But Ahaziah escaped to Megiddo. And that’s where he died.

When Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled in the direction of Beth-haggan. And Jehu pursued him and said,“ Shoot him also.” And they shot him in the chariot at the ascent of Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Megiddo and died there.

在以薩迦及亞設業中、馬拿西得伯善、以伯蓮、多耳、與其鄉里、亦得隱多耳、大納、米吉多、三邑與其居民鄉里。

亞希律子把拿徵大納、米吉多、伯善四境、附撒大拿、近耶斯烈山麓、延亞伯米何拉及約念外。

謂會眾曰、離此惡黨之幕、勿捫其物、恐同陷於罪、與之偕亡。

迦南列王咸至、戰於大納及米吉多水、貨財之屬、毫無所得。

當時埃及王法老尼哥、往百辣河、攻亞述王、約西亞王禦之、被殺於米吉多。臣僕舁其屍、載之於車、自米吉多至耶路撒冷、葬於墓、斯土之民立約西亞子約哈斯為王、沐之以膏、使繼父位。○

與智人為友者、自生智慧、與愚人為侶者、必致敗亡。

亞哈告拿泊曰、爾之園囿、鄰我宮闈、爾當給我為圃、或易以佳園、或予以所值、任爾擇焉。

亞哈謝之見約藍而遇害、乃上帝所命、相見時、則偕約藍、往迓寧示子耶戶、昔耶和華所沐以膏、使滅亞哈全家者、其時耶戶罰亞哈家、遇猶大諸伯、與亞哈謝之猶子僕從、而殺之。亞哈謝匿於撒馬利亞、人索而獲之、解至耶戶所、而殺焉、念昔約沙法一心崇耶和華、亞哈謝實為其子、故葬之。亞哈謝子弱不得立。
