Then Naaman and all his attendants went back to the man of God. He stood before him and said,“ Now I know that there is no God in all the world except in Israel. So please accept a gift from your servant.”

He and his entire entourage returned to the prophet. Naaman came and stood before him. He said,“ For sure I know that there is no God in all the earth except in Israel! Now, please accept a gift from your servant.”

He returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him; and he said,“ See now, I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel. Now therefore, please take a gift from your servant.”

The king answered and said to Daniel,“ Truly, your God is God of gods and Lord of kings, and a revealer of mysteries, for you have been able to reveal this mystery.”

And now let this present that your servant has brought to my lord be given to the young men who follow my lord.

Therefore I make a decree: Any people, nation, or language that speaks anything against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego shall be torn limb from limb, and their houses laid in ruins, for there is no other god who is able to rescue in this way.”

Please accept my blessing that is brought to you, because God has dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough.” Thus he urged him, and he took it.

This day the Lord will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you down and cut off your head. And I will give the dead bodies of the host of the Philistines this day to the birds of the air and to the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel,and that all this assembly may know that the Lord saves not with sword and spear. For the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give you into our hand.”

But when Elisha the man of God heard that the king of Israel had torn his clothes, he sent to the king, saying,“ Why have you torn your clothes? Let him come now to me, that he may know that there is a prophet in Israel.”

I make a decree, that in all my royal dominion people are to tremble and fear before the God of Daniel, for he is the living God, enduring forever; his kingdom shall never be destroyed, and his dominion shall be to the end.He delivers and rescues; he works signs and wonders in heaven and on earth, he who has saved Daniel from the power of the lions.”

Then one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, praising God with a loud voice;and he fell on his face at Jesus’ feet, giving him thanks. Now he was a Samaritan.Then Jesus answered,“ Were not ten cleansed? Where are the nine?Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?”

At the end of the days I, Nebuchadnezzar, lifted my eyes to heaven, and my reason returned to me, and I blessed the Most High, and praised and honored him who lives forever, for his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom endures from generation to generation;

But the Lord is the true God; he is the living God and the everlasting King. At his wrath the earth quakes, and the nations cannot endure his indignation.Thus shall you say to them:“ The gods who did not make the heavens and the earth shall perish from the earth and from under the heavens.”

Fear not, nor be afraid; have I not told you from of old and declared it? And you are my witnesses! Is there a God besides me? There is no Rock; I know not any.”

“ You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord,“ and my servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor shall there be any after me.I, I am the Lord, and besides me there is no savior.

O Lord, my strength and my stronghold, my refuge in the day of trouble, to you shall the nations come from the ends of the earth and say:“ Our fathers have inherited nothing but lies, worthless things in which there is no profit.Can man make for himself gods? Such are not gods!”“ Therefore, behold, I will make them know, this once I will make them know my power and my might, and they shall know that my name is the Lord.”
