Elisha sent a messenger to say to him,“ Go, wash yourself seven times in the Jordan, and your flesh will be restored and you will be cleansed.”

乃縵遂下、遵神人之命、在約但河浴身七次、其體復原成潔、猶若嬰孩之體然、

爾中有人、素亦如是、今賴主耶穌基督之名、及我天主之神、得洗滌成聖稱義、○

又以指蘸血、灑於祭臺凡七次、如此潔祭臺、除以色列人之不潔、使祭臺成聖、

祭司以利亞撒以指蘸牛血、向會幕灑七次、

以利沙出、至水泉、以鹽投於其中、曰、主如是云、我治此水、不再使人死、亦不再使土硝瘠、或作亦不再使人小產

以右手之指蘸左掌中之油、灑於主前凡七次、

又取犢血少許、以指蘸血、灑於贖罪蓋之東、又撒於贖罪蓋之前、凡七次、

遂曰、主如是云、當在此谷中、多掘坑阱、

第三日、第七日、潔者必灑於不潔者、至第七日使之成潔、彼更滌衣、以水濯身、至夕始潔、

以利沙曰、攜麵至此、遂以麵投於釜中、命曰、傾之出、予眾食、釜中乃無害矣、○

將柏香木、牛膝草、絳色線、及生鳥、皆蘸於被宰之鳥血中、與活水中、用以灑室凡七次、

祭司七人、各執一角、行於主之匱前而吹之、備戰之前隊行於前、後隊行於主之匱後、祭司且行且吹角、第二日、遶城一次、遂返營、如是行六日、第七日黎明、眾民夙興、如前遶城七次、巡遶第七次、祭司吹角、約書亞諭民曰、今當號呼、蓋主以斯城賜爾、

主又諭之曰、置手於懷、摩西即置手於懷、出之、手竟癩、皓如雪、又曰、再置手於懷、摩西再置手於懷、出之、手已復原、與遍身無異、
