Then the prophet Isaiah called on the Lord, and the Lord made the shadow go back the ten steps it had gone down on the stairway of Ahaz.

Then Isaiah the prophet called out to the Lord. And the Lord made the shadow go back ten steps. It went back the ten steps it had gone down on the stairway Ahaz had made.

And Isaiah the prophet called to the Lord, and he brought the shadow back ten steps, by which it had gone down on the steps of Ahaz.

So Isaiah the prophet asked the Lord to do this, and he caused the shadow to move ten steps backward on the sundial of Ahaz!

So the prophet Isaiah called out to the LORD, and he brought the shadow back the ten steps it had descended on the stairway of Ahaz.

Then Isaiah the prophet called out to the Lord, and He brought the shadow on the stairway back ten steps by which it had gone down on the stairway of Ahaz.

And Isaiah the prophet cried unto Jehovah; and he brought the shadow ten steps backward, by which it had gone down on the dial of Ahaz.

So Isaiah the prophet called out to the Lord, and He brought the shadow back the 10 steps it had descended on Ahaz’s stairway.

耶和华将亚摩利人交在以色列人手中，那天约书亚当众向耶和华祷告：“太阳啊，停在基遍！月亮啊，停在亚雅仑谷！”果然太阳停住了，月亮也不动了，直到以色列人杀败敌人。《雅煞珥书》记载了这事。约有一天的时间，太阳停留在天空，没有西沉。耶和华这样垂听一个人的祈求是空前绝后的，这是因为耶和华要为以色列争战。

祂要使亚哈斯日晷上的日影后退十度。”果然，日影后退了十度。

他向耶和华呼求道：“我的上帝耶和华啊，我寄居在这寡妇家里，你为什么降祸给她，夺去她儿子的性命呢？”他三次伏在孩子身上，求告耶和华说：“我的上帝耶和华啊，求你让这孩子活过来吧。”

到了献晚祭的时候，以利亚先知走到坛前祷告：“亚伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的上帝耶和华啊，求你今天让这些人知道你是以色列的上帝，我是你的仆人，我是按你的命令做这一切事。耶和华啊，求你应允我，应允我，好让众人知道你耶和华是上帝，你要使他们回心转意。”于是，耶和华降火烧尽了祭物、木柴、石头、尘土，甚至沟里的水。

然而，当巴比伦的使者来见他，询问他有关这地方发生的奇迹时，上帝就让希西迦自行处理，为要试验他，好知道他内心如何。

那时，希西迦病危，他向耶和华祈求。耶和华应允了他，赐给他一个征兆。

彼得叫她们都出去，自己跪下祷告，然后转身对死者说：“戴碧达，起来！”她便睁开了眼睛，看见彼得，就坐了起来。

耶和华对摩西说：“为什么向我呼求呢？吩咐以色列人往前走吧。
