因此，耶和華論到亞述王這樣說：他不會來到這城，不會在那裡射箭，也不會拿著盾牌向城進攻，不會築起土堆圍攻它。

“所以，耶和华论亚述王如此说：‘他必不得来到这城，也不在这里射箭，不得拿盾牌到城前，也不筑垒攻城。

“所以耶和华论亚述王如此说：他必不得来到这城，也不在这里射箭，不得拿盾牌到城前，也不建土堆攻城。

“所以耶和华论亚述王如此说：他必不得来到这城，也不在这里射箭，不得拿盾牌到城前，也不建土堆攻城。

“至于亚述王，耶和华说，‘他必不能进这城或向这里射一箭，必不能手持盾牌兵临城下或修筑攻城的高台。

因此，耶和华论到亚述王这样说：他不会来到这城，不会在那里射箭，也不会拿着盾牌向城进攻，不会筑起土堆围攻它。

「所以，耶和華論亞述王如此說：『他必不得來到這城，也不在這裏射箭，不得拿盾牌到城前，也不築壘攻城。

「所以耶和華論亞述王如此說：他必不得來到這城，也不在這裏射箭，不得拿盾牌到城前，也不建土堆攻城。

「所以耶和華論亞述王如此說：他必不得來到這城，也不在這裏射箭，不得拿盾牌到城前，也不建土堆攻城。

「至於亞述王，耶和華說，『他必不能進這城或向這裡射一箭，必不能手持盾牌兵臨城下或修築攻城的高臺。

『因此永恆主論亞述王是這樣說的：「他必不會來到這城、也不會射箭到這裏；不會拿盾牌臨到城前，也不會倒土堆攻城。

故耶和華指亞述王曰、彼必不至此城、不射一矢於彼、不執干至其前、不築壘以攻之、

又曰、亞述王必不入此城、不以干戈弓矢陳於前、不築壘以攻擊、

故主論亞述王曰、彼必不入此城、不射矢於其中、不執干戈至於其前、不築壘以攻之、

“ Therefore this is what the Lord says concerning the king of Assyria:“‘ He will not enter this city or shoot an arrow here. He will not come before it with shield or build a siege ramp against it.

“ Here is a message from me about the king of Assyria. The Lord says,“‘ The king of Assyria will not enter this city. He will not even shoot an arrow at it. He will not come near it with a shield. He will not build a ramp in order to climb over its walls.

“ Therefore thus says the Lord concerning the king of Assyria: He shall not come into this city or shoot an arrow there, or come before it with a shield or cast up a siege mound against it.

“ And this is what the Lord says about the king of Assyria:“ His armies will not enter Jerusalem. They will not even shoot an arrow at it. They will not march outside its gates with their shields nor build banks of earth against its walls.

Therefore, this is what the LORD says about the king of Assyria: He will not enter this city, shoot an arrow here, come before it with a shield, or build up a siege ramp against it.

‘ Therefore this is what the Lord says about the king of Assyria:“ He will not come to this city nor shoot an arrow there; and he will not come before it with a shield nor heap up an assault ramp against it.

“ Therefore thus says the Lord concerning the king of Assyria:‘ He shall not come into this city, Nor shoot an arrow there, Nor come before it with shield, Nor build a siege mound against it.

Therefore thus saith Jehovah concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come unto this city, nor shoot an arrow there, neither shall he come before it with shield, nor cast up a mound against it.

Therefore, this is what the Lord says about the king of Assyria: He will not enter this city or shoot an arrow there or come before it with a shield or build up an assault ramp against it.

Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shield, nor cast a bank against it.

So this is what the LORD says about the king of Assyria:“ He will not enter this city, nor will he shoot an arrow here. He will not attack it with his shield-carrying warriors, nor will he build siege works against it.

“ Therefore Yahweh says concerning the king of Assyria,‘ He will not come to this city, nor shoot an arrow there. He will not come before it with shield, nor cast up a mound against it.

因此，主必使大河又強又大的水臨到他們，就是亞述王和他一切威榮，水必漲起來，高過所有的水道；水要氾濫，漫過所有的河岸；然後必沖入猶大，漲溢氾濫，直到頸項，以馬內利啊！它展開的翅膀必遮遍你廣闊的地土。”列國之民啊！你們儘管作惡，但你們終必毀滅！所有在遠處的人民啊，要留心聽！你們儘管束腰吧，你們終必毀滅！你們儘管束腰吧，你們終必毀滅！你們儘管計劃陰謀吧，這些終必失敗；你們儘管提議吧，這些終必不能成立，因為神與我們同在。

所有跟隨約押的人都來了，把示巴圍困在伯‧瑪迦的亞比拉。他們對著城築起攻城的土壘，高度與城的外牆一樣。他們撞擊城牆，要把城牆撞倒。

日子將到，你的仇敵必築壘攻擊你，周圍環繞你，四面困住你，要摧毀你和你裡面的兒女，沒有一塊石頭留在另一塊石頭上面，因為你不知道那眷顧你的時期。”

因此，主萬軍之耶和華這樣說：“我的子民、錫安的居民哪！亞述人雖然用棍擊打你們，又像埃及一樣舉杖攻擊你們，你們卻不要怕他們。因為還有短暫的時候，我向你們發的惱怒就要完結，我的怒氣要轉向他們，使他們滅亡。”

所以耶和華這樣論到亞述王，說：‘他必不會來到這城，也不會在這裡射箭；不會拿著盾牌來到城前，也不會築土壘攻城。他從哪條路來，也必從哪條路回去；他必不得進入這城；這是耶和華的宣告。因我為自己的緣故，又為我僕人大衛的緣故，必保護這城，拯救這城。’”

亞述人來到亞葉，經過米磯崙；在密抹存放軍隊行裝。他們過了隘口，在迦巴住宿；拉瑪人戰兢，掃羅的基比亞人逃跑。迦琳的居民哪，高聲叫喊吧！萊煞人和可憐的亞拿突啊，留心聽吧！瑪得米那人逃跑，基柄的居民避難。就在今日，亞述王要停留在挪伯；他要揮拳攻擊錫安居民（“居民”原文作“女子”）的山，就是耶路撒冷的山。

他右手中拿著耶路撒冷的籤，要在那裡架起攻城鎚，下令屠殺，揚聲吶喊；架起攻城鎚，攻打城門；築起土壘，建造圍城的高牆。
