In the ninth year of Hoshea, the king of Assyria captured Samaria and deported the Israelites to Assyria. He settled them in Halah, in Gozan on the Habor River and in the towns of the Medes.

Finally, the king of Assyria captured Samaria. It was in the ninth year of Hoshea. The king of Assyria took the Israelites away from their own land. He sent them off to Assyria. He made some of them live in Halah. He made others live in Gozan on the Habor River. And he made others live in the towns of the Medes.

In the ninth year of Hoshea, the king of Assyria captured Samaria, and he carried the Israelites away to Assyria and placed them in Halah, and on the Habor, the river of Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes.

Finally, in the ninth year of King Hoshea’s reign, Samaria fell, and the people of Israel were exiled to Assyria. They were settled in colonies in Halah, along the banks of the Habor River in Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes.

因此，以色列的上帝驱使亚述王普勒，即提革拉·毗尼色，把吕便人、迦得人、玛拿西半个支派的人掳到哈腊、哈博、哈拉和歌散河边，他们至今还在那里。

撒玛利亚人背叛了他们的上帝，要担当自己的罪过。他们将丧身刀下，他们的孩子要被摔死，孕妇要被剖腹。”

“耶和华要把你们分散到天下万邦，你们要在那里供奉祖祖辈辈素不认识的木石神像。

因此，耶和华向这片土地发怒，把这书上的一切咒诅都降在这里。耶和华盛怒之下把他们从这地方连根拔起，扔到别的地方，正如今日的情形。’

看啊，我要驱使玛代人来攻击他们。玛代人不在乎金子，也不看重银子，

“耶和华要带你们和你们的王到一个你们和你们祖先都不知道的国家，你们要在那里供奉木石神像。

三年之后，就是希西迦执政第六年，以色列王何细亚执政第九年，撒玛利亚失陷。亚述王把以色列人掳到亚述，将他们安置在哈腊、歌散的哈博河一带以及玛代人的城邑里。

我看见一个令人胆战心惊的异象：“诡诈的在行诡诈，毁灭的在行毁灭。以拦人啊，攻打吧！玛代人啊，围城吧！耶和华必终止巴比伦带来的痛苦。”

所以，我要使你们被掳到大马士革以外的地方。”这是耶和华说的，祂的名字是万军之上帝。

我要使你们的土地荒废，连占据那里的敌人也为此而震惊。我要把你们驱散到各国，还要拔刀追杀你们。你们的土地将荒废，城邑将沦为废墟。

你们将葬身列国，死在敌人的土地上。

“将来，即使你们在那里安顿已久、子孙满堂，也不可堕落、制造任何形状的神像，不可做你们的上帝耶和华视为邪恶的事，惹祂发怒。否则，今天我叫天地作证，你们必很快从约旦河对面将要占领的土地上灭亡，你们必被彻底消灭，不得在那里长久居住。耶和华必把你们驱散到列邦，使你们在列邦中的人数所剩无几。你们必在那里供奉人用木石造的不会看、不会听、不会吃、不会闻的神像。

我今天警告你们，你们必定灭亡，在约旦河对岸——你们将要占领的土地上无法长久。

耶和华将击打以色列人，使他们像水中的芦苇一样颤抖不已。耶和华将把以色列人从祂赐给他们祖先的佳美之地连根拔起，抛散到幼发拉底河的彼岸，这都是因为他们制造亚舍拉神像，惹耶和华发怒。因为耶罗波安犯罪作孽，使以色列人陷入罪中，耶和华必抛弃以色列。”

我先祖毁灭了歌散、哈兰、利色和提·拉撒的伊甸人，这些国家的神明救得了他们吗？

耶和华说：“给他取名叫罗·阿米，因为以色列人不再是我的子民，我也不再是他们的上帝。

乌法珥新——指你的国要分裂，归给玛代人和波斯人。”

后来，歌蜜又怀孕生了一个女儿。耶和华对何西阿说：“给她取名叫罗·路哈玛，因为我将不再怜悯以色列家，也不再赦免他们的罪。
