但是永恆主卻因他和亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各、所立之約的緣故，仍然恩待以色列人，憐恤他們，垂顧他們、不情願使他們滅絕，所以直到現在還沒有丟掉他們離開自己面前。

惟耶和華因與亞伯拉罕以撒雅各所立之約、施恩矜恤之、眷顧之、尚不滅之、不逐之於其前、

耶和華念與亞伯拉罕以撒雅各所立之約、故待以色列族仁慈矜恤、不欲盡滅、驅於其前。

然主因與亞伯拉罕以撒雅各所立之約故、仍施恩於以色列人、矜恤之、眷顧之、不欲盡滅之、尚未逐於其前、

But the Lord was gracious to them and had compassion and showed concern for them because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. To this day he has been unwilling to destroy them or banish them from his presence.

But the Lord helped Israel. He was tender and kind to them. He showed concern for them. He did all these things because of the covenant he had made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. To this day he hasn’t been willing to destroy Israel. And he hasn’t driven them out of his land.

But the Lord was gracious to them and had compassion on them, and he turned toward them, because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not destroy them, nor has he cast them from his presence until now.

But the Lord was gracious and merciful to the people of Israel, and they were not totally destroyed. He pitied them because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And to this day he still has not completely destroyed them or banished them from his presence.

But the LORD had mercy on them and felt pity for them. He extended his favor to them because of the promise he had made to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He has been unwilling to destroy them or remove them from his presence to this very day.

But Yahweh was gracious to them, and had compassion on them, and had respect for them, because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not destroy them, and he didn’t cast them from his presence as yet.

有哪一個神明像你，赦免罪孽，饒恕他產業中餘民的罪過？他不永遠懷怒，喜愛施恩。他必轉回憐憫我們，把我們的罪孽踏在腳下。你必將他們一切的罪投於深海。你必按古時向我們列祖起誓的話，以信實待雅各，向亞伯拉罕施慈愛。

耶和華並沒有說要將以色列的名從天下塗抹，卻要藉約阿施的兒子耶羅波安拯救他們。

我要使你的後裔好像地上的塵沙，人若能數地上的塵沙，才能數你的後裔。你起來，縱橫走遍這地，因為我必把這地賜給你。」

惟求耶和華－我的上帝垂顧僕人的禱告祈求，俯聽僕人今日在你面前的祈禱呼求。

因此，耶和華向耶路撒冷和猶大發怒，以致把他們從自己面前趕出去。西底家背叛巴比倫王。

我要與你立約，使你的後裔極其繁多。」亞伯蘭臉伏於地；上帝又對他說：「看哪，這就是我與你立的約，你要成為多國的父。從今以後，你的名字不再叫亞伯蘭，要叫亞伯拉罕，因為我已經立你作多國之父。

所以耶和華向以色列大大發怒，從自己面前趕出他們，只剩下猶大一個支派。

上帝聽見他們的哀聲，就記念他與亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所立的約。上帝看顧以色列人，上帝是知道的。

他向我們列祖施憐憫，記得他的聖約，就是他對我們祖宗亞伯拉罕所起的誓，

耶和華必然等候，要施恩給你們；必然興起，好憐憫你們。因為耶和華是公平的上帝；凡等候他的都是有福的！住在錫安、居於耶路撒冷的百姓啊，你必不再哭泣。主必因你哀求的聲音施恩給你，他聽見的時候就必應允你。

然而因你豐富的憐憫，你不全然滅絕他們，也不丟棄他們，因為你是有恩惠、有憐憫的上帝。「『現在，我們的上帝啊，你是至大、至能、至可畏、守約施慈愛的上帝；我們的君王、官長、祭司、先知、祖先和你的眾百姓，從亞述諸王的時候直到今日所遭遇的一切苦難，求你不要看為小事。

耶和華說：「人既屬乎血氣，我的靈就不永遠住在他裏面；然而他的年歲還可到一百二十年。」

以色列人就除掉他們中間的外邦神明，事奉耶和華。耶和華因以色列所受的苦難而心裏焦急。

他又說：「我是你父親的上帝，是亞伯拉罕的上帝，以撒的上帝，雅各的上帝。」摩西蒙上臉，因為怕看上帝。耶和華說：「我確實看見了我百姓在埃及所受的困苦，我也聽見了他們因受監工苦待所發的哀聲；我確實知道他們的痛苦。

我拔出他們以後，必回轉過來憐憫他們，使他們歸回，各歸本業，各歸故土。

不要丟棄我，使我離開你的面；不要從我收回你的聖靈。

我要與你，以及你世世代代的後裔堅立我的約，成為永遠的約，是要作你和你後裔的上帝。我要把你現在寄居的地，就是迦南全地，賜給你和你的後裔永遠為業；我也必作他們的上帝。」

耶和華說：「我要顯示我一切的美善，在你面前經過，並要在你面前宣告耶和華的名。我要恩待誰就恩待誰，要憐憫誰就憐憫誰。」

耶和華見他的百姓毫無能力，無論是為奴的、自由的，都沒有存留，就必為他們伸冤，為自己的僕人發憐憫。

耶和華在他面前經過，宣告：「耶和華，耶和華，有憐憫，有恩惠的上帝，不輕易發怒，且有豐盛的慈愛和信實，為千代的人存留慈愛，赦免罪孽、過犯和罪惡，萬不以有罪的為無罪，必懲罰人的罪，自父及子，直到三、四代。」

求你記念你的僕人亞伯拉罕、以撒、以色列。你曾向他們指着自己起誓說：『我必使你們的後裔像天上的星那樣多，並且我要將所應許的這全地賜給你們的後裔，讓他們永遠承受為業。』」於是耶和華改變心意，不把所說的災禍降給他的百姓。

他們要受懲罰，永遠沉淪，與主的面和他權能的榮光隔絕。

主啊，你是有憐憫，有恩惠的上帝，不輕易發怒，並有豐盛的慈愛和信實。

我就要記念我與雅各的約，記念我與以撒的約，與亞伯拉罕的約；我也要記念這地。

他扶助了他的僕人以色列，不忘記施憐憫，正如他對我們的列祖說過，『憐憫亞伯拉罕和他的後裔，直到永遠。』」

他雖使人憂愁，還要照他豐盛的慈愛施憐憫；

他記念他的約，直到永遠；記念他吩咐的話，直到千代，

「王又要向那左邊的說：『你們這被詛咒的人，離開我！進入那為魔鬼和他的使者所預備的永火裏去！
