『若有人在永恆主的聖物上不忠實，誤犯了罪，他就要照你所估定的銀兩、按聖所的舍客勒、將他的解罪責祭牲、就是羊羣中一隻完全沒有殘疾的公綿羊、帶到永恆主面前為解罪責祭，並為了在聖物上的罪要償還，另外加上五分之一、給祭司；祭司要用解罪責祭的公綿羊為他行消除禮，他就蒙赦免。『若有人在永恆主所吩咐不可行的事上犯了罪，去行其一件，他雖不知道，還是有罪責；他必須擔當他的罪罰。他要把羊羣中一隻完全沒有殘疾的公綿羊帶到祭司那裏、照你估定的價做解罪責祭；為了他所誤作的錯事、而不知道的、祭司要這樣為他行消除禮，他就蒙赦免。

他要按手在那解罪祭牲的頭上，在宰燔祭牲的地方宰那解罪祭牲。

那人若沒有贖業至親是犯罪者可以將所虧負的賠還給他的，那麼所虧負的、就要賠還給永恆主、就是給祭司；另外還要出那為他除罪的除罪公綿羊。一切提獻物、包括以色列人的一切聖物、就是他們所奉給祭司的、都要屬於祭司。人所獻為聖物的要屬於祭司；人無論給祭司甚麼東西，就屬於祭司。』

他們以我人民的罪而自肥，他們因人民的罪孽而高興。
