And Jehu said, Proclaim a solemn assembly for Baal. And they proclaimed[ it].

Jehu said,“ Call an assembly in honor of Baal.” So they proclaimed it.

Jehu said,“ Call everyone together to honor Baal.” So they did.

And Jehu ordered,“ Sanctify a solemn assembly for Baal.” So they proclaimed it.

Then Jehu ordered,“ Prepare a solemn assembly to worship Baal!” So they did.

Jehu commanded,“ Consecrate a solemn assembly for Baal.” So they called one.

And Jehu said,“ Proclaim a holy assembly for Baal.” And they proclaimed it.

And Jehu said,“ Proclaim a solemn assembly for Baal.” So they proclaimed it.

And Jehu said, Sanctify a solemn assembly for Baal. And they proclaimed it.

Jehu commanded,“ Consecrate a solemn assembly for Baal.” So they called one.

Then Jehu ordered,“ Make arrangements for a celebration for Baal.” So they announced it.

Jehu said,“ Sanctify a solemn assembly for Baal!” So they proclaimed it.

Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders[ and] all the inhabitants of the land[ into] the house of the LORD your God, and cry unto the LORD,

And when Aaron saw[ it], he built an altar before it; and Aaron made proclamation, and said, Tomorrow[ is] a feast to the LORD.

Now therefore send,[ and] gather to me all Israel unto mount Carmel, and the prophets of Baal four hundred and fifty, and the prophets of the groves four hundred, which eat at Jezebel’s table.So Ahab sent unto all the children of Israel, and gathered the prophets together unto mount Carmel.

They proclaimed a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people.
