弟兄們，我們要你們明白神在馬其頓省各教會中所賜的恩典：

兄弟乎、我以上帝所賜馬其頓諸會之恩告爾、

吾告兄弟、上帝賜馬其頓諸會恩、

兄弟乎、我以天主所賜瑪其頓諸教會之恩、告爾知之、

吾儕茲可告慰於爾等者、乃天主所賜於馬其頓諸聖會之恩寵也。

And now, brothers and sisters, we want you to know about the grace that God has given the Macedonian churches.

Now I want you to know, dear brothers and sisters, what God in his kindness has done through the churches in Macedonia.

Now, brothers and sisters, we make known to you the grace of God which has been given in the churches of Macedonia,

Moreover, brethren, we make known to you the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia:

Moreover, brethren, we make known to you the grace of God which hath been given in the churches of Macedonia;

We want you to know, brothers, about the grace of God granted to the churches of Macedonia:

Moreover, brethren, we do you to wit of the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia;

Now we make known to you, brothers and sisters, the grace of God given to the churches of Macedonia,

Moreover, brothers, we make known to you the grace of God which has been given in the assemblies of Macedonia,

我也為了這事勞苦，按著他用大能在我心中運行的動力，竭力奮鬥。

其實，你們向全馬其頓所有的弟兄，已經這樣行了。但是，弟兄們，我們勸你們要更加彼此相愛；

夜間有一個異象向保羅顯現：有一個馬其頓人站著求他說：“請你到馬其頓來，幫助我們！”

然而靠著神的恩典，我得以有了今天，而且他賜給我的恩典並沒有落空；我比眾使徒格外勞苦，其實不是我，而是神的恩典與我同在。

他到了那裡，看見神所施的恩，就很歡喜，勸勉眾人堅心靠主。

我本來比聖徒中最小的還小，神還是賜給我這恩典，要我把基督那測不透的豐富傳給外族人，

因為我知道你們有這個心願。我對馬其頓人稱讚你們，說：“亞該亞人去年已經預備好了。”你們的熱心就激勵了許多的人。

因為這供應的事，不僅補足了聖徒的缺乏，也使許多人對神感謝的心格外增多。

因為馬其頓和亞該亞人樂意捐了一些錢，給耶路撒冷聖徒中的窮人。

他們在患難中受到極大的考驗的時候，他們滿溢的喜樂和極度的貧乏，匯流出豐厚的慷慨來。我可以作證，他們是按著能力，並且是超過了能力，自願地再三懇求我們，准許他們在供應聖徒的事上有分。他們超過了我們所期望的，照著神的旨意，先把自己獻給主，然後獻給我們。因此，我們勉勵提多，既然開始了這慈善的事，就應當在你們那裡把這事辦好。你們在一切事上，就如信心、口才、知識、熱情和愛我們的心，既然都是富足的，那麼，在這慈善的事上，也要顯出你們是富足的。

我在你們那裡有缺乏的時候，並沒有連累任何人，因為從馬其頓來的弟兄們，補足了我的缺乏。我在各方面都不讓自己成為你們的重擔，將來也是一樣。

免得一旦馬其頓人和我一同來到的時候，見你們還沒有準備好，我們就因為這樣信任你們而感到羞愧，你們就更不用說了。

這樣，你們就成了馬其頓和亞該亞所有信徒的榜樣。因為不單主的道從你們那裡傳遍了馬其頓和亞該亞，就是你們對神的信心也傳遍了各處，所以我們不用再說甚麼了。
