For we are glad when we are weak and you are strong. Your restoration is what we pray for.

We are glad whenever we are weak but you are strong; and our prayer is that you may be fully restored.

I’m glad when I am weak but you are strong. I pray that there will be no more problems among you.

We are glad to seem weak if it helps show that you are actually strong. We pray that you will become mature.

We rejoice when we are weak and you are strong. We also pray that you become fully mature.

For we rejoice when we ourselves are weak, but you are strong; this we also pray for, that you become mature.

For we are glad when we are weak and you are strong. And this also we pray, that you may be made complete.

For we rejoice, when we are weak, and ye are strong: this we also pray for, even your perfecting.

as we pray most earnestly night and day that we may see you face to face and supply what is lacking in your faith?

And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.

But we pray to God that you may not do wrong— not that we may appear to have met the test, but that you may do what is right, though we may seem to have failed.For we cannot do anything against the truth, but only for the truth.

If I must boast, I will boast of the things that show my weakness.

Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.

to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,

and to the assembly of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect,

equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ Jesus, greets you, always struggling on your behalf in his prayers, that you may stand mature and fully assured in all the will of God.

Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God,

Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.

Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own.Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead,I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.Let those of us who are mature think this way, and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal that also to you.

that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
