and what is the immeasurable greatness of His power to us who believe, according to the working of His vast strength.He demonstrated this power in the Messiah by raising Him from the dead and seating Him at His right hand in the heavens—far above every ruler and authority, power and dominion, and every title given, not only in this age but also in the one to come.And He put everything under His feet and appointed Him as head over everything for the church,which is His body, the fullness of the One who fills all things in every way.

I came to you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling.

During His earthly life, He offered prayers and appeals with loud cries and tears to the One who was able to save Him from death, and He was heard because of His reverence.

Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with Him,because we know that Christ, having been raised from the dead, will not die again. let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene— whom you crucified and whom God raised from the dead— by Him this man is standing here before you healthy.This Jesus is the stone rejected by you builders, which has become the cornerstone.There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people, and we must be saved by it.”

Now that He has gone into heaven, He is at God’s right hand with angels, authorities, and powers subject to Him.

For it is said,“ His letters are weighty and powerful, but his physical presence is weak, and his public speaking is despicable.”

Now we have this treasure in clay jars, so that this extraordinary power may be from God and not from us.We are pressured in every way but not crushed; we are perplexed but not in despair;we are persecuted but not abandoned; we are struck down but not destroyed.We always carry the death of Jesus in our body, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.For we who live are always given over to death because of Jesus, so that Jesus’ life may also be revealed in our mortal flesh.So death works in us, but life in you.

By faith in His name, His name has made this man strong, whom you see and know. So the faith that comes through Him has given him this perfect health in front of all of you.

When I saw Him, I fell at His feet like a dead man. He laid His right hand on me and said,“ Don’t be afraid! I am the First and the Last,and the Living One. I was dead, but look— I am alive forever and ever, and I hold the keys of death and Hades.
