基督在世之日、大聲疾呼涕淚漣如、哀求全能者拯之出死、卒以其克懷寅畏、而蒙垂聽。

向主發哀聲。求主傾耳聽。小子處患難。求主賜哀矜。中夜舉雙手。寫我仰慕情。仰慕無時已。起坐不能平。思主令人瘦。心如困宿醒。通宵不成寐。黯然自銷魂。默默思古昔。依依舊日恩。舊日恩何盛。歡歌徹深更。昔樂今何苦。撫心索其故。我主豈遐遺。棄置不復顧。仁淵寧枯涸。信義不復著。聖心詎能變。忘慈而懷怒。主若不見佑。小子將誰怙。

耶穌曰：『何求？』對曰：『請命我二子、在爾國中、一坐爾右、一坐爾左。』耶穌應曰：『爾亦不知所求矣！我飲之爵、爾能飲乎？』曰：『能。』
