里面有纯金的香坛和包金的约柜。约柜里珍藏着盛吗哪的金罐、亚伦那根发过芽的手杖和两块刻着十诫的石版，上面有荣耀的基路伯天使，高展翅膀盖着约柜上面的施恩座。关于这些事，现在不能一一细说。

他用纯金造施恩座，长一点一米，宽六十六厘米。又在施恩座的两端用金子打造两个基路伯天使，这两个基路伯天使跟施恩座连在一起，在施恩座的两端，面对面朝向施恩座，向上展开翅膀遮盖施恩座。

祭司把耶和华的约柜抬进内殿，即至圣所，放在两个基路伯天使的翅膀下面。基路伯天使展开翅膀，遮盖约柜和抬约柜的横杠。

至圣所里面放着两个橄榄木造的基路伯天使，各高四米半，各有两个二点二五米长的翅膀，双翅展开，两翅尖相距四点五米。两个基路伯的大小和形状一模一样，高度都是四点五米。他将两个基路伯安在至圣所内，两个基路伯展开翅膀，各有一个翅膀在至圣所的中央相接，另一个翅膀的尖端触到墙壁。这两个基路伯天使也包上金。

按规定放在内殿前的纯金的灯台和灯盏，

耶和华啊，求你起来和你大能的约柜一同进入圣所。
