更何况基督借着永恒的灵把自己毫无瑕疵地献给上帝呢？祂的血岂不更能洗净我们的良心，使我们脱离导致灭亡的行为，以便事奉永活的上帝吗？

献祭者要用水洗净羊的内脏和腿。祭司要把这一切都放在坛上焚烧。这是燔祭，是蒙耶和华悦纳的馨香火祭。

你们当中有些以前就是这样的人，但靠着主耶稣基督的名和我们上帝的灵，你们已经被洗净，成为圣洁的义人了。

求你洗净我的罪过，清除我的罪恶。

既然仿照天上的样式所造的器具需要用祭牲的血来洁净，天上的原物当然要用更美的祭物来洁净。

我回答说：“先生，你知道答案。”他便说：“这些都是经过大灾难的人，他们用羔羊的血将衣裳洗得纯净洁白。
