蓋彼眾棄我、焚香於他神、以其手所為、激我之怒、故我洩忿於此而不止、

因猶大族棄我、焚香奉事他上帝、所為干我震怒、故我降災、靡有已時。

因斯民違棄我、焚香於他神、他神或作異邦之神以其所為、干犯我怒、故我盛怒傾洩於此處、如烈火不熄、

Because they have forsaken me and burned incense to other gods and aroused my anger by all that their hands have made, my anger will be poured out on this place and will not be quenched.’

That’s because the people have deserted me. They have burned incense to other gods. They have made me very angry because of everything their hands have made. So my anger will burn like a fire against this place. And the fire of my anger will not be put out.’ ” ’

Because they have forsaken me and have made offerings to other gods, that they might provoke me to anger with all the works of their hands, therefore my wrath will be poured out on this place and will not be quenched.

For my people have abandoned me and offered sacrifices to pagan gods, and I am very angry with them for everything they have done. My anger will be poured out on this place, and it will not be quenched.’

所以主耶和华如此说：“看哪，我必将我的怒气和忿怒倾在这地方的人和牲畜身上，并田野的树木和地里的出产上，必如火着起，不能熄灭。”

犹大人和耶路撒冷的居民哪，你们当自行割礼，归耶和华，将心里的污秽除掉；恐怕我的忿怒因你们的恶行发作，如火着起，甚至无人能以熄灭！”

倘若你一只手叫你跌倒，就把它砍下来；你缺了肢体进入永生，强如有两只手落到地狱，入那不灭的火里去。倘若你一只脚叫你跌倒，就把它砍下来；你瘸腿进入永生，强如有两只脚被丢在地狱里。倘若你一只眼叫你跌倒，就去掉它；你只有一只眼进入神的国，强如有两只眼被丢在地狱里。在那里，虫是不死的，火是不灭的。

这人也必喝神大怒的酒；此酒斟在神忿怒的杯中纯一不杂。他要在圣天使和羔羊面前，在火与硫磺之中受痛苦。他受痛苦的烟往上冒，直到永永远远。那些拜兽和兽像，受它名之印记的，昼夜不得安宁。”

他张弓好像仇敌；他站着举起右手，如同敌人将悦人眼目的，尽行杀戮。在锡安百姓的帐棚上倒出他的忿怒，像火一样。

耶和华对我说：“虽有摩西和撒母耳站在我面前代求，我的心也不顾惜这百姓。你将他们从我眼前赶出，叫他们去吧！他们问你说：‘我们往哪里去呢？’你便告诉他们：‘耶和华如此说：定为死亡的，必致死亡；定为刀杀的，必交刀杀；定为饥荒的，必遭饥荒；定为掳掠的，必被掳掠。’”耶和华说：“我命定四样害他们，就是刀剑杀戮、狗类撕裂、空中的飞鸟，和地上的野兽吞吃毁灭；又必使他们在天下万国中抛来抛去，都因犹大王希西家的儿子玛拿西在耶路撒冷所行的事。”

重新建筑他父希西家所拆毁的邱坛，又为巴力筑坛，做木偶，且敬拜侍奉天上的万象，在耶和华的殿宇中筑坛。耶和华曾指着这殿说：“我的名必永远在耶路撒冷。”他在耶和华殿的两院中为天上的万象筑坛，并在欣嫩子谷使他的儿女经火，又观兆，用法术，行邪术，立交鬼的和行巫术的，多行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，惹动他的怒气，又在神殿内立雕刻的偶像。神曾对大卫和他儿子所罗门说：“我在以色列各支派中所选择的耶路撒冷和这殿，必立我的名直到永远。以色列人若谨守遵行我藉摩西所吩咐他们的一切法度、律例、典章，我就不再使他们挪移离开我所赐给他们列祖之地。”玛拿西引诱犹大和耶路撒冷的居民，以致他们行恶比耶和华在以色列人面前所灭的列国更甚。

罗波安王第五年，埃及王示撒上来攻打耶路撒冷，因为王和民得罪了耶和华。

他们的地满了偶像；他们跪拜自己手所造的，就是自己指头所做的。卑贱人屈膝；尊贵人下跪；所以不可饶恕他们。

凡有血气的都必知道是我耶和华使火着起，这火必不熄灭。”

他出来迎接亚撒，对他说：“亚撒和犹大、便雅悯众人哪，要听我说：你们若顺从耶和华，耶和华必与你们同在；你们若寻求他，就必寻见；你们若离弃他，他必离弃你们。

这祸临到犹大人，诚然是耶和华所命的，要将他们从自己面前赶出，是因玛拿西所犯的一切罪；又因他流无辜人的血，充满了耶路撒冷；耶和华决不肯赦免。

所以，他将猛烈的怒气和争战的勇力倾倒在以色列的身上。在他四围如火着起，他还不知道，烧着他，他也不介意。

因为他们离弃我，向别神烧香，用他们手所做的惹我发怒，所以我的忿怒必向这地发作，总不止息。’

他发忿恨，谁能立得住呢？他发烈怒，谁能当得起呢？他的忿怒如火倾倒；磐石因他崩裂。

耶和华发怒成就他所定的，倒出他的烈怒；在锡安使火着起，烧毁锡安的根基。
