耶和華與約沙法同在，因為他效法他祖先大衛起初所行的，沒有尋求巴力，

除了赫人烏利亞事件以外，大衛一生都做耶和華視為正的事，沒有違背耶和華的任何命令。

不可偏右偏左，要遠離惡事。

他們教導你們律法，宣佈判決後，你們必須完全執行，絲毫不可偏離。

我把國從大衛家奪走賜給你，你卻沒有像我僕人大衛那樣遵守我的誡命，全心聽從我，做我視為正的事，
