He got rid of the foreign gods and removed the image from the temple of the Lord, as well as all the altars he had built on the temple hill and in Jerusalem; and he threw them out of the city.

Manasseh got rid of the false gods. He removed the statue of one of those gods from the Lord’ s temple. He also removed all the altars he had built on the temple hill and in Jerusalem. He threw them out of the city.

And he took away the foreign gods and the idol from the house of the Lord, and all the altars that he had built on the mountain of the house of the Lord and in Jerusalem, and he threw them outside of the city.

Manasseh also removed the foreign gods and the idol from the Lord’s Temple. He tore down all the altars he had built on the hill where the Temple stood and all the altars that were in Jerusalem, and he dumped them outside the city.

He removed the foreign gods and the idol from the LORD’s temple, along with all the altars that he had built on the mountain of the LORD’s temple and in Jerusalem, and he threw them outside the city.

復建父希西家所毀之邱壇、為巴力設祭壇、作亞舍拉、崇拜奉事天象、在主之殿宇建祭壇、昔主云、我名必永在耶路撒冷、所言即指此殿、在主殿之二院、為天象建祭壇、在便欣嫩谷焚獻其子、焚獻其子原文作使其子過於火又占卜、用法術邪術、信交鬼者、問巫覡、多行惡於主前、干主震怒、又在天主殿、置所作雕刻之偶像、論此殿、昔天主諭大衛及其子所羅門曰、此殿及耶路撒冷、我於以色列諸支派中所選者、我必使我名永在其中、

惟犯罪之人必死、子不負父罪、父不負子罪、善人之善歸己、惡人之惡歸已、如惡人悛改所作之罪、守我律例、為義行善、必生不死、其所作之愆尤、不復追憶、因其所行之善、必得生存、

故當結果以彰悔改、

當是日驕矜者必卑、狂傲者必降、惟主獨顯崇高、凡諸偶像、盡歸除滅、主興起、震動世界、人必入於磐窟、土穴、以避主之威嚴、及其赫赫之光耀、當是日人將以崇拜所製之金銀偶像、投諸鼢鼠蝙蝠之穴、主興起、震動世界、人必入於磐隙、巖穴、以避主之威嚴、及其赫赫之光耀、

又在主殿置所作之亞舍拉偶像、昔主諭大衛及其子所羅門曰、我於以色列諸支派中、所選耶路撒冷及此殿、我必使我名在其中、至於永遠、

以色列人、爾犯罪愆、遂致傾仆、仆或作蹶下同當歸誠主爾之天主、當歸誠主、以言禱曰、求主赦宥一切罪愆、我儕以言代犢、望主施恩悅納、我儕不復求救於亞述、不復欲乘伊及之馬、不再稱己手所造者為我之天主、我之天主或作我儕之神無父之子、惟主矜恤、
