神人說：「不要懼怕！因與我們同在的比與他們同在的更多。」

最後，你們要靠着主，依賴他的大能大力作剛強的人。

既是這樣，我們對這些事還要怎麼說呢？上帝若幫助我們，誰能抵擋我們呢？

孩子們哪，你們是屬上帝的，並且勝過了假先知，因為那在你們裏面的比那在世界上的更大。

他說：「猶大眾人、耶路撒冷的居民和約沙法王啊，你們要留心聽，耶和華對你們如此說：『不要因這大軍恐懼驚惶，因為勝敗不在乎你們，而是在乎上帝。

「萬軍之耶和華如此說：你們的手要堅強；這些日子，你們已聽見先知的口，在萬軍之耶和華殿的根基立定、聖殿建造的日子所說的這些話。

萬軍之耶和華如此說：在那些日子，列國中說各種語言的人，必有十個人強拉住一個猶大人衣服的邊，說：『我們要與你們同去，因為我們聽見上帝與你們同在了。』」

那時候，你若謹守遵行耶和華藉摩西吩咐以色列的律例典章，就得亨通。你當剛強壯膽，不要懼怕，也不要驚惶。

你們當剛強壯膽，不要害怕，也不要畏懼他們，因為耶和華－你的上帝必與你同去；他必不撇下你，也不丟棄你。」摩西召了約書亞來，在以色列眾人眼前對他說：「你當剛強壯膽！因為你要和這百姓一同進入耶和華向他們列祖起誓要給他們的地，你也要使他們承受那地為業。

以賽亞對他們說：「要對你們的主人這樣說，耶和華如此說：『你聽見亞述王的僕人褻瀆我的話，不要懼怕。看哪，我必驚動他的心，他要聽見風聲就歸回本地，在那裏我必使他倒在刀下。』」

耶和華吩咐嫩的兒子約書亞說：「你當剛強壯膽，因為你必領以色列人進入我所起誓應許他們的地，我必與你同在。」

他說：「蒙愛的人哪，不要懼怕，願你平安！你要剛強！要剛強！」他一對我說話，我就覺得有力量，說：「我主請說，因你使我有力量。」

大衛又對他兒子所羅門說：「你當剛強壯膽去做！不要懼怕，也不要驚惶，因為耶和華上帝，我的上帝與你同在。他必不撇下你，也不丟棄你，直到耶和華殿的工作都完畢。

你當剛強壯膽，因為你必使這百姓承受那地為業，就是我向他們列祖起誓要給他們的地。只要剛強，大大壯膽，謹守遵行我僕人摩西所吩咐你的一切律法，不可偏離左右，使你無論往哪裏去，都可以順利。這律法書不可離開你的口，總要晝夜思想，好使你謹守遵行這書上所寫的一切話。如此，你的道路就可以亨通，凡事順利。我豈沒有吩咐你嗎？你當剛強壯膽，不要懼怕，也不要驚惶，因為你無論往哪裏去，耶和華你的上帝必與你同在。」

對心裏焦急的人說：「要剛強，不要懼怕。看哪，你們的上帝要來施報，要施行極大的報應，他必來拯救你們。」

不要聽憑希西家說服你們倚靠耶和華，他說，耶和華必要拯救我們，這城必不交在亞述王的手中。』

現在你當謹慎，因耶和華揀選你建造殿宇作為聖所。你當剛強去做。」

我兒啊，你要在基督耶穌的恩典上剛強起來。
