Hezekiah says,“ The LORD our God will rescue us from the power of the king of Assyria.” But he is misleading you and you will die of hunger and thirst!

希西家对你们说：‘耶和华我们的神必救我们脱离亚述王的手。’这不是诱惑你们，使你们受饥渴而死吗？

希西家说：耶和华—我们的上帝必救我们脱离亚述王的手，这不是诱惑你们，使你们受饥渴而死吗？

希西家说：耶和华—我们的神必救我们脱离亚述王的手，这不是诱惑你们，使你们受饥渴而死吗？

希西迦说你们的上帝耶和华会从亚述王手中拯救你们，难道你们不知道这是哄骗你们的话，是要叫你们留在这里饥渴至死吗？

希西家曾对你们说：耶和华我们的神必拯救我们脱离亚述王的手。他不是迷惑你们，使你们因饥渴而死吗？

希西家對你們說「耶和華－我們的神必救我們脫離亞述王的手」，這不是誘惑你們，使你們受飢渴而死嗎？

希西家說：耶和華－我們的上帝必救我們脫離亞述王的手，這不是誘惑你們，使你們受飢渴而死嗎？

希西家說：耶和華－我們的神必救我們脫離亞述王的手，這不是誘惑你們，使你們受飢渴而死嗎？

希西迦說你們的上帝耶和華會從亞述王手中拯救你們，難道你們不知道這是哄騙你們的話，是要叫你們留在這裡饑渴至死嗎？

希西家曾對你們說：耶和華我們的神必拯救我們脫離亞述王的手。他不是迷惑你們，使你們因飢渴而死嗎？

希西家曾說：『永恆主我們的上帝必援救我們脫離亞述王的手掌』：這希西家不是誘惑了你們，要以饑渴把你們交付於死麼？

豈非希西家誘爾、致因飢渴而死乎、彼曰、我之上帝耶和華、必拯我於亞述王手、

希西家許爾上帝耶和華必拯爾於亞述王手、豈非誘爾、飢渴而死。

希西家謂爾云、主我之天主、必救我於亞述王手、豈非誘爾饑渴而死乎、

When Hezekiah says,‘ The Lord our God will save us from the hand of the king of Assyria,’ he is misleading you, to let you die of hunger and thirst.

Hezekiah says,“ The Lord our God will save us from the power of the king of Assyria.” But he isn’t telling you the truth. If you listen to him, you will die of hunger and thirst.

Is not Hezekiah misleading you, that he may give you over to die by famine and by thirst, when he tells you,“ The Lord our God will deliver us from the hand of the king of Assyria”?

Hezekiah has said,‘ The Lord our God will rescue us from the king of Assyria.’ Surely Hezekiah is misleading you, sentencing you to death by famine and thirst!

Isn’t Hezekiah misleading you to give you over to death by famine and thirst when he says,“ The LORD our God will keep us from the grasp of the king of Assyria”?

Is Hezekiah not misleading you to give yourselves over to die by hunger and by thirst, saying,“ The Lord our God will save us from the hand of the king of Assyria”?

Does not Hezekiah persuade you to give yourselves over to die by famine and by thirst, saying,“ The Lord our God will deliver us from the hand of the king of Assyria”?

Doth not Hezekiah persuade you, to give you over to die by famine and by thirst, saying, Jehovah our God will deliver us out of the hand of the king of Assyria?

Isn’t Hezekiah misleading you to give you over to death by famine and thirst when he says,“ Yahweh our God will deliver us from the power of the king of Assyria”?

Doth not Hezekiah persuade you to give over yourselves to die by famine and by thirst, saying, The LORD our God shall deliver us out of the hand of the king of Assyria?

Doesn’t Hezekiah persuade you, to give you over to die by famine and by thirst, saying,‘ Yahweh our God will deliver us out of the hand of the king of Assyria?’

Many say about me,“ God will not deliver him.”( Selah)

They say,“ Commit yourself to the LORD! Let the LORD rescue him! Let the LORD deliver him, for he delights in him.”

In the LORD I have taken shelter. How can you say to me,“ Flee to a mountain like a bird!For look, the wicked prepare their bows, they put their arrows on the strings, to shoot in the darkness at the morally upright.When the foundations are destroyed, what can the godly accomplish?”

Hezekiah is misleading you when he says,“ The LORD will rescue us.” Has any of the gods of the nations rescued his land from the power of the king of Assyria?

But the chief adviser said to them,“ My master did not send me to speak these words only to your master and to you. His message is also for the men who sit on the wall, for they will eat their own excrement and drink their own urine along with you.”

“ Tell King Hezekiah of Judah this:‘ Don’t let your God in whom you trust mislead you when he says,“ Jerusalem will not be handed over to the king of Assyria.”

Don’t let Hezekiah talk you into trusting in the LORD when he says,“ The LORD will certainly rescue us; this city will not be handed over to the king of Assyria.”

Now don’t let Hezekiah deceive you or mislead you like this. Don’t believe him, for no god of any nation or kingdom has been able to rescue his people from my power or the power of my predecessors. So how can your gods rescue you from my power?’”

They say,“ God has abandoned him. Run and seize him, for there is no one who will rescue him!”

My enemies’ taunts cut into me to the bone, as they say to me all day long,“ Where is your God?”

He trusts in God– let God, if he wants to, deliver him now because he said,‘ I am God’s Son’!”

But the chief adviser said,“ My master did not send me to speak these words only to your master and to you. His message is also for the men who sit on the wall, for they will eat their own excrement and drink their own urine along with you!”
