who wants to worship God with all their heart. God is the Lord, the God of their people. May God forgive them even if they aren’t‘ clean’ in keeping with the rules of the temple.”

who decide to follow the Lord, the God of their ancestors, even though they are not properly cleansed for the ceremony.”

“你若把心安正，向祂举手祷告；

耶和华啊，你知道困苦人的愿望，你必垂听他们的呼求，安慰他们。

我们祖先亚伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的上帝耶和华啊！求你使你的子民常存这样的心志，使他们的心忠于你。

然而，他没有拆除丘坛，民众还没有全心归向他们祖先的上帝。

把以下条例告诉他们。“你们的后代中，如果有人不洁净，却接近以色列人献给我的圣物，必须把他从我面前铲除。我是耶和华。亚伦的后代中若有人患了麻风病或漏症，在他洁净之前，不可吃圣物。如果有人遗精，或碰到因接触尸体而不洁净之物，或碰到不洁净的爬虫，或碰到不洁净的人，这人就不洁净，要到傍晚之后才能洁净。他要沐浴后才可吃圣物。

“你把以下条例告诉亚伦。“你的子孙中，任何有残疾的人都不可前来献他上帝的食物，这是世世代代都要遵守的律例。瞎眼的、跛脚的、五官不正的、畸形的、四肢不全的、驼背的、矮小的、患眼疾的、长疥癣的或睪丸受损的，都不可近前来献祭。亚伦祭司子孙中有残疾的都不可向耶和华献火祭。他们既然有残疾，就不可近前来献我的食物。他们可以吃我的食物，圣的和至圣的都可以吃。但他们不可走近幔子或祭坛，因为他们有残疾。这样做是为了避免他们亵渎我的圣所。我是使圣所圣洁的耶和华。”

若有人碰过尸体却不自洁，他就玷污了耶和华的圣幕，要将他从以色列人中铲除，因为除秽水没有洒在他身上，污秽还留在他身上。若有人死在帐篷里，当时走进帐篷的或在场的人都七天不洁净。帐篷里没有盖的敞口器皿都不洁净。人若在野外碰过被杀或自然死亡之人的尸体，或碰过死人的骸骨或坟墓，就七天不洁净。要拿些除罪用的红母牛灰，放在器皿里，倒上清水，然后由洁净的人拿牛膝草蘸这水洒在帐篷及里面所有的人和器具上，也要洒在碰过骸骨、坟墓、被杀者尸体或自然死亡者尸体的人身上。要由洁净的人在第三天和第七天把水洒在不洁净的人身上。到第七天，接受洁净礼的人要洗衣、沐浴，等到傍晚才能洁净。若有人沾了污秽却没有用除秽水自洁，他就不洁净，要将他从会众中铲除，因为他玷污了耶和华的圣所。

你们要使以色列人远离不洁之物，免得他们因玷污我的圣幕而死亡。”以上是为患漏症的人，包括遗精、行经的女人、患漏症的男女、与不洁净女人同房的男人所设立的条例。

妇人因产后流血，要等三十三天才能洁净。其间，不可接触任何圣物，也不可进入圣所。

可是，有几个人因碰到死尸而不洁净，不能在那天守逾越节，他们就来见摩西和亚伦，

撒母耳对他们说：“如果你们全心归向耶和华，就要除掉你们那些外族的神明，包括亚斯她录神像，一心归向耶和华，单单事奉祂，祂必从非利士人手中救你们。”
