我也要賜給你們一個新心，將新靈放在你們裏面，又從你們的肉體中除掉石心，賜給你們肉心。

所吩咐你們的話，你們不可加添，也不可刪減，好叫你們遵守我所吩咐的，就是耶和華－你們神的命令。

你們原曉得，我們憑主耶穌傳給你們甚麼命令。

主所愛的弟兄們哪，我們本該常為你們感謝神；因為他從起初揀選了你們，叫你們因信真道，又被聖靈感動，成為聖潔，能以得救。神藉我們所傳的福音召你們到這地步，好得着我們主耶穌基督的榮光。

當你掌權的日子，你的民要以聖潔的妝飾為衣，甘心犧牲自己；你的民多如清晨的甘露。

以斯拉說：「耶和華－我們列祖的神是應當稱頌的！因他使王起這心意修飾耶路撒冷耶和華的殿，

耶和華－我們列祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的神啊，求你使你的民常存這樣的心思意念，堅定他們的心歸向你，又求你賜我兒子所羅門誠實的心，遵守你的命令、法度、律例，成就這一切的事，用我所預備的建造殿宇。」
