King Hezekiah and his officials ordered the Levites to praise the Lord with the words of David and of Asaph the seer. So they sang praises with gladness and bowed down and worshiped.

The king and his officials ordered the Levites to praise the Lord. They used the words of David and Asaph the prophet. They sang praises with joy. They bowed down and worshiped the Lord.

And Hezekiah the king and the officials commanded the Levites to sing praises to the Lord with the words of David and of Asaph the seer. And they sang praises with gladness, and they bowed down and worshiped.

彼乃造化之主耶和華、爾曹曷不偕我俯伏拜跪之兮、

耶和華兮、我之救主、爾曹偕我謳歌頌美之兮、我以揄揚之語、昌言於前、欣然咏詩、頌之靡已兮、

是時大闢頌美耶和華、使亞薩及其同儕誦之、曰、當頌美耶和華籲呼其名、播揚其所行於民間。當謳歌誦詩、稱其異跡、讚其聖名、求耶和華者俱可欣喜。求耶和華力助、恆祈不息。其異跡、奇事、法度、猶堪追憶。爾曹乃以色列之苗裔、雅各之子孫、俱為其僕、彼所遴選。我之上帝耶和華治理天下。其所立之約、所諭之命、傳於百代者、爾當永憶弗忘。昔與亞伯拉罕立約、與以撒發誓、以斯約賜雅各、以斯命賜以色列、永世勿替、必以迦南地、錫彼為業、當時以色列族、其數無幾、旅於斯土、自此邦至於他邦、又轉徙於列國、上帝不容人虐遇、苟為列王所侮、譴責必加。其沐以膏者、不許干犯、其立為先知者、不許惡待。天下之人、當稱頌耶和華、其拯救之恩、日以彰明。爾在異邦中、當昭著其榮光、播揚其異跡。耶和華至大、頌禱宜切、較他上帝更當畏懼。異邦之上帝、偶像而已、惟耶和華創造穹蒼。尊榮光耀、巨能永樂、俱其所有。億兆族姓、宜以巨能永樂、歸耶和華、以榮光歸耶和華、獻以禮物、清心崇拜、斯為美。耶和華鞏固大地、俾不搖撼、天下人當寅畏焉。天地欣喜、萬國億兆、咸宜頌讚、稱耶和華為王。滄海百族、田疇萬物、俱當欣喜、歡呼、樹林震響、蓋耶和華臨格、治理人世、耶和華無不善、恆懷矜憫、故當尊榮之。上帝救我、援於異邦、使我咸集、宜尊其聖名、稱其榮光。當頌以色列族之上帝耶和華、永世弗息、民咸應曰、正心所願、於是頌讚耶和華。○

寰宇兆姓、靡不歡呼、頌美耶和華兮、在耶和華前、欣喜以供役、謳歌而頌讚兮、

以色列族、必因造化之主而悅懌郇邑之民、必因大君而欣喜兮、

善人兮、念耶和華之恩、以悅以娛、義人兮、載歡載呼。維爾善人頌美乎主、無不合宜兮、故爾義人、當念耶和華之恩、懽然欣喜兮、

宜恆以主為悅、我復言在所當悅、

厥後大闢復有言詞、備詳如左。雅各之上帝所沐以膏、升之為高、在以色列族中為善歌者、耶西之子大闢曰、耶和華之神感我而言、我口所宣、即其詞也。
