恩待人，借貸給別人，按公正處理自己事務的，這人必享福樂。

約蘭有幾個兄弟，就是約沙法的兒子亞撒利雅、耶歇、撒迦利雅、亞撒利雅、米迦勒和示法提雅；這些人都是猶大王約沙法的兒子。

所以，你們行事為人要謹慎，不要像愚昧人，卻要像聰明人。

對他們說：“你們是利未人各家族的首領，你們和你們的親族都要自潔，好把以色列的神耶和華的約櫃抬上來，到我為它預備的地方去。

作書記的利未人拿坦業的兒子示瑪雅，在君王、領袖、撒督祭司、亞比亞他的兒子亞希米勒，以及眾祭司家族和利未家族的首領面前，把他們的名字記錄下來。在以利亞撒的子孫中，有一家族被選取了；在以他瑪的子孫中，也有一家族被選取了。
