Jehoiada and his sons brought out the king’s son and put the crown on him; they presented him with a copy of the covenant and proclaimed him king. They anointed him and shouted,“ Long live the king!”

Jehoiada and his sons brought Ahaziah’s son out. They put the crown on him. They gave him a copy of the covenant. And they announced that he was king. They anointed him. Then they shouted,“ May the king live a long time!”

Then Jehoiada and his sons brought out Joash, the king’s son, placed the crown on his head, and presented him with a copy of God’s laws. They anointed him and proclaimed him king, and everyone shouted,“ Long live the king!”

撒母耳对全体民众说：“你们看到耶和华所拣选的人了吗？在全民中，实在没有人能与他相比。”民众都呼喊说：“愿王万岁！”

地上的众君王都起来，首领们也聚集在一起，抵挡主和他的基督。’“事实上，希律和本丢彼拉多，与外邦人和以色列子民果然在这城里一同聚集，对付你所膏立的圣仆耶稣，

我找到我的仆人大卫，用我圣洁的膏油膏抹了他。

你废弃了与你仆人所立的约，把他的冠冕践踏在地。

是的，你用美好的祝福迎接他，把纯金的冠冕戴在他头上。

使他们成为我们神的国度和祭司；他们将要在地上做王。”

因此，君王们哪，你们当慎思明辨！地上的审判官哪，你们当接受警戒！你们当在敬畏中服事耶和华，当在战兢中快乐！当亲吻他的儿子，否则他一发怒，你们就在所行的路上灭亡，因为他的怒火片刻间就会燃起！所有投靠他的人是多么蒙福啊！

我亲爱的弟兄们，请听！神难道不是拣选了世上的那些贫穷人，使他们在信仰上富有，并且做他国度的继承人吗？这国度是他应许给爱他之人的。

他在雅各中立下法度，在以色列中设立律法，这律法是他吩咐我们的祖先教导子孙的，

座位的周围，还有二十四个座位；在那些宝座上，坐着二十四位长老，身穿白衣，头戴金冠冕；

当求问神的训诲和诫命！如果他们不按照这准则说话，他们就没有曙光。

他的眼睛像火焰，头上戴着许多王冠。他有一个写好的名字，除了他自己以外，没有人认识这名字。

你要收起诫命，在我的门徒中封住训诲。

二十四位长老就俯伏在坐宝座的那一位面前，敬拜活到永永远远的那一位，并且把自己的冠冕放在宝座前，说：

不过我们看见的是：那暂时比天使低微的耶稣，因着死亡的痛苦被赐予荣耀和尊贵为冠冕，好使他藉着神的恩典，替所有的人尝了死的滋味。

君王们必作你儿女的抚养人，王后们必作你儿女的乳母；他们必脸伏于地，向你下拜，舔你脚上的尘土。那时，你就知道：我是耶和华，等候我的必不致蒙羞。”

撒母耳拿了一瓶膏油，浇在扫罗头上，然后亲吻他，说：“耶和华不是已经膏立你为领袖掌管他的继业吗？

前行后随的人群呼喊说：“和散那归于大卫的后裔！奉主名而来的那一位——是蒙祝福的！在至高之处——和散那！”

我必使他的仇敌披上耻辱；而他的冠冕必在他头上发光。”

忍受试炼的人是蒙福的；因为他经过考验以后，就要得到生命的冠冕，就是主应许给那些爱他之人的。
