祂说：“要安静，要知道我是上帝，我必在列国受尊崇，在普世受尊崇。”万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的上帝是我们的堡垒。

那与他同在的只是血肉之躯，与我们同在的却是我们的上帝耶和华，祂必帮助我们，为我们作战。”众人因犹大王希西迦的这番话而得到鼓舞。

你们不要背叛耶和华，也不要害怕那里的人，他们不过是我们的猎物，他们已失去庇护。耶和华与我们同在，不要怕他们。”

因此，默然等候耶和华的拯救是美好的。

万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的上帝是我们的堡垒。（细拉）

对于这些事，我们还可以说什么呢？上帝若帮助我们，谁能与我们对抗？

列国啊，你们必被打垮、击溃！远方的人啊，你们要听！整装备战吧，但你们必被击垮！整装备战吧，但你们必被击垮！你们设计谋吧，但休想得逞！你们定策略吧，但休想成功！因为上帝与我们同在。

你们要弃恶从善，才能存活。这样，万军之上帝耶和华必与你们同在，正如你们所说的。

祂使他们战车的轮子脱落，难以前行。于是，埃及人说：“我们逃命吧，因为耶和华在帮助以色列人对付我们！”

主耶和华——以色列的圣者说：“你们回转、安息便可得到拯救；你们安静、信靠便可得到力量。但你们却不肯。

“必有童贞女怀孕生子，祂的名字要叫以马内利，意思是‘上帝与我们同在’。”

愿主与你的灵同在！愿恩典与你们同在！

埃及的帮助是徒然的，所以我称她为“没用的海怪”。
