那时，出入的人不得平安，列国的居民都遭大乱；

In those days it was not safe to travel about, for all the inhabitants of the lands were in great turmoil.

In those days it wasn’t safe to travel around. The people who lived in all the areas of the land were having a lot of trouble.

In those times there was no peace to him who went out or to him who came in, for great disturbances afflicted all the inhabitants of the lands.

“ During those dark times, it was not safe to travel. Problems troubled the people of every land.

In those days no one could travel safely, for total chaos had overtaken all the people of the surrounding lands.

Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more.

When the men of Israel saw that they were in trouble( for the people were distressed), then the people hid themselves in caves, in thickets, in rocks, in tombs, and in pits.

You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you aren’t troubled, for all this must happen, but the end is not yet.For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there will be famines, plagues, and earthquakes in various places.

There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and on the earth anxiety of nations, in perplexity for the roaring of the sea and the waves;
