So I counsel younger widows to marry, to have children, to manage their homes and to give the enemy no opportunity for slander.

So here is the advice I give to younger widows. Get married. Have children. Take care of your own homes. Don’t give the enemy the chance to tell lies about you.

So I would have younger widows marry, bear children, manage their households, and give the adversary no occasion for slander.

凡是負軛做奴僕的，應該看自己的主人配受十分尊重，免得神的名和神的教導受到褻瀆。

要用無可指責的健全話語，使反對的人在我們的事上因沒有壞話可說，就感到羞愧。

他們禁止結婚，要求遠避某些食物，就是神所創造的，好讓信徒和了解真理的人以感謝的心享用。

於是其他總督察和行政官就試圖在他處理國事上找出把柄控告但以理，卻找不出他的任何把柄或過失；因為他忠心可靠，在他身上找不出任何疏忽或過失。

她照看家中事務，從不吃閒飯。她的兒女起來，稱她有福，她的丈夫也稱讚她：「才德的女子有許多，但你超越她們所有人！」

我對沒有結婚的人和寡婦說，如果他們能像我一樣保持現狀，對他們來說是好事。但如果他們不能自制，就應該結婚，因為結婚總比心如火燒更好。

智慧的女人建立自己的家；愚妄的女人親手拆毀它。

所以，我們不要再彼此評斷，倒要下定決心，不給弟兄放下絆跌物或絆腳石。

所以，我希望在各個地方的男人都舉起聖潔的手禱告，不動怒、不爭論；

他們對亞伯拉罕說：「你的妻子撒拉在哪裡呢？」他說：「在帳篷裡！」

但因你這行為大大藐視了耶和華，你所生的兒子必定死。」

民眾站著觀看。首領們也譏笑，說：「他救了別人！如果這個人是神的基督，是蒙揀選的那一位，讓他救自己吧！」士兵們也上前來戲弄他，給他獻上酸酒，說：「你如果是猶太人的王，救救你自己吧！」在耶穌的上方有一個牌子：「這是猶太人的王。」被懸掛的兩個囚犯中，有一個辱罵他說：「你不是基督嗎？救救你自己，也救救我們吧！」另一個就應聲斥責他，說：「你既然同樣受懲罰，還不怕神嗎？我們受刑理所應當，因為我們所受的與我們所做的相稱。但這個人卻沒有做過什麼壞事。」

於是亞伯拉罕趕快進入帳篷，到撒拉那裡，說：「快拿三細亞上等的麵粉，揉好做餅！」

你們如果因基督的名受責罵，就是蒙福的，因為榮耀的靈，就是神的靈，住在你們身上。你們當中不可有人因殺人、偷竊、作惡、好管閒事而受苦；

我現在所做的，將來還要做，為要斷絕那些人的機會——他們想找一個機會，好讓別人以為他們所誇耀的與我們一樣，

婚姻當受所有人尊重，床也不可玷汙，因為神將要審判淫亂和通姦的人。

至於年輕的寡婦，你要拒絕她們入列；要知道，當她們情慾衝動而違背基督的時候，就想要結婚；
