For[ there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,

There is only one God. And there is only one go- between for God and human beings. He is the man Christ Jesus.

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God[ is] one LORD:

And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions[ that were] under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I[ am] the first, and I[ am] the last; and beside me[ there is] no God.

Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

[ Is he] the God of the Jews only?[ is he] not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:Seeing[ it is] one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,( and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than[ that of] Abel.

But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing[ that is] not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.For it became him, for whom[ are] all things, and by whom[ are] all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified[ are] all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.

And in the midst of the seven candlesticks[ one] like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Neither is there any daysman betwixt us,[ that] might lay his hand upon us both.

And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments[ is], Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this[ is] the first commandment.And the second[ is] like,[ namely] this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love[ his] neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols, we know that an idol[ is] nothing in the world, and that[ there is] none other God but one.

But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.

One God and Father of all, who[ is] above all, and through all, and in you all.

And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam[ was made] a quickening spirit.Howbeit that[ was] not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.The first man[ is] of the earth, earthy: the second man[ is] the Lord from heaven.
