Follow him.At the house he enters, say to the owner,‘ The Teacher asks: Where is the guest room where I can eat the Passover meal with my disciples?’He will take you upstairs to a large room that is already set up. That is where you should prepare our meal.”So the two disciples went into the city and found everything just as Jesus had said, and they prepared the Passover meal there.

“ That’s not true!” Jonathan protested.“ You’re not going to die. He always tells me everything he’s going to do, even the little things. I know my father wouldn’t hide something like this from me. It just isn’t so!”

Indeed, the Sovereign Lord never does anything until he reveals his plans to his servants the prophets.

He whispers in their ears and terrifies them with warnings.

The Lord is a friend to those who fear him. He teaches them his covenant.

For last night an angel of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve stood beside me,

“ Go into that village over there,” he told them.“ As soon as you enter it, you will see a young donkey tied there that no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here.If anyone asks,‘ What are you doing?’ just say,‘ The Lord needs it and will return it soon.’”The two disciples left and found the colt standing in the street, tied outside the front door.

“ O Lord of Heaven’s Armies, God of Israel, I have been bold enough to pray this prayer to you because you have revealed all this to your servant, saying,‘ I will build a house for you— a dynasty of kings!’
