They replied,“ Yes, straight ahead! But hurry now, for he came to the town today, and the people are making a sacrifice at the high place.

They answered them, and said,“ He is. Behold, he is before you. Hurry now, for he has come today into the city; for the people have a sacrifice today in the high place.

又在山上献祭，请众弟兄吃饭。饭后，他们一同在山上过夜。

撒母耳说：“我怎么可以去呢？扫罗知道了，一定会杀掉我。”耶和华说：“你带一头牛犊去，就说，‘我是来向耶和华献祭的。’

此后，你会去上帝的山，那里有非利士人的驻军。你一进城，就会遇见一群先知从丘坛下来，前面有人鼓瑟、敲鼓、吹笛、弹琴，先知们会说预言。

那时候，用来尊崇耶和华之名的殿还没有建成，以色列人仍然在丘坛献祭。所罗门爱耶和华，遵行他父亲大卫的律例，只是仍然在丘坛献祭烧香。有一次，所罗门王上基遍献了一千头祭牲作燔祭，因为那里有最重要的丘坛。

把你们的燔祭及其他祭物、十一奉献、举祭、还愿祭、自愿献的祭和头生的牛羊带到那里。你们和家人要在那里，在你们的上帝耶和华面前吃喝；要为你们所做的一切蒙祂赐福而欢喜快乐。

你们要把旧酵除掉，好成为真正无酵的新面团，因为我们逾越节的羔羊——基督已经被献为祭了。所以，我们不可带着歹毒邪恶的旧酵守这逾越节，而要用真诚纯洁的无酵饼。

之后，他才回到拉玛自己的家中，也在那里审理以色列人的案件，并为耶和华筑了一座祭坛。

“在朔日，要给耶和华献燔祭——两头公牛犊、一只公绵羊和七只一岁的公羊羔，都要毫无残疾。同时要献上调了油的细面粉作素祭，每头公牛需献三公斤素祭，每只公绵羊需献两公斤素祭，每只公羊羔需献一公斤素祭。这馨香的燔祭是献给耶和华的火祭。献燔祭时要同时献上奠祭，每头公牛需献二升奠酒，每只公绵羊需献一点二升奠酒，每只羊羔需献一升奠酒。这是朔日要献的燔祭，一年之中月月如此。除了日常的燔祭和奠祭以外，还要把一只公山羊献给耶和华作赎罪祭。

并派祭司撒督及其他祭司在基遍高地的耶和华的圣幕前供职，
