将来你们会因所选之王的压迫而呼求耶和华，耶和华却不会垂听你们。”

到时，你们必因你们为自己拣选的王而哀求，那时耶和华却不应允你们。”

越至後日、爾必因所簡之王呼籲於上、惟耶和華不俯聞焉。

斯時也、爾必因所選之王而呼籲主、惟主不俯聽爾、

When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the king you have chosen, but the Lord will not answer you in that day.”

You ignored my advice and rejected the correction I offered.So I will laugh when you are in trouble! I will mock you when disaster overtakes you—when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when disaster engulfs you like a cyclone, and anguish and distress overwhelm you.“ When they cry for help, I will not answer. Though they anxiously search for me, they will not find me.

They will go from one place to another, weary and hungry. And because they are hungry, they will rage and curse their king and their God. They will look up to heaven

When the master of the house has locked the door, it will be too late. You will stand outside knocking and pleading,‘ Lord, open the door for us!’ But he will reply,‘ I don’t know you or where you come from.’

Will God listen to their cry when trouble comes upon them?

Those who shut their ears to the cries of the poor will be ignored in their own time of need.
