求你从我身上除掉你所加的击打；因你手的责打，我快要灭亡了。

人们被大炎热灼烤，就亵渎了那有权柄统管这些灾害的神的名；他们也不悔改，不把荣耀归给他。

他们风闻了我，就顺从我；外邦人向我卑躬屈膝。

你们如果不听从，如果不放在心上，不把荣耀归于我的名，我就使诅咒临到你们，我要诅咒你们应得的祝福。事实上，我已经诅咒了，因为你们不把诫命放在心上。”
