伯示麦人说：“谁能在耶和华这圣洁的神面前侍立呢？这约柜可以从我们这里送到谁那里去呢？”

伯‧示麦人说：“谁能在耶和华这位圣洁的上帝面前侍立呢？这约柜可以从我们这里上到谁那里去呢？”

伯示麦人说：“谁能在这位圣洁的神耶和华面前站立得住呢？应该请他离开我们上谁那里去呢？”

伯‧示麥人說：「誰能在耶和華這聖潔的神面前侍立呢？這約櫃可以從我們這裏送到誰那裏去呢？」

伯‧示麥人說：「誰能在耶和華這位聖潔的上帝面前侍立呢？這約櫃可以從我們這裏上到誰那裏去呢？」

伯‧示麥人說：「誰能在耶和華這位聖潔的神面前侍立呢？這約櫃可以從我們這裏上到誰那裏去呢？」

伯示麥人曰、主天主至聖、誰能立於其前、匱離我儕當往誰之所乎、

And the people of Beth Shemesh asked,“ Who can stand in the presence of the Lord, this holy God? To whom will the ark go up from here?”

The people of Beth Shemesh said,“ The Lord is a holy God. Who can stand in front of him? Where can the ark go up to from here?”

Then the men of Beth-shemesh said,“ Who is able to stand before the Lord, this holy God? And to whom shall he go up away from us?”

“ Who is able to stand in the presence of the Lord, this holy God?” they cried out.“ Where can we send the Ark from here?”

The people of Beth-shemesh asked,“ Who is able to stand in the presence of the LORD this holy God? To whom should the ark go from here?”

And the men of Beth shemesh said,“ Who is able to stand before the Lord, this holy God? And to whom will He go up from us?”

And the men of Beth Shemesh said,“ Who is able to stand before this holy Lord God? And to whom shall it go up from us?”

And the men of Beth- shemesh said, Who is able to stand before Jehovah, this holy God? and to whom shall he go up from us?

The men of Beth-shemesh asked,“ Who is able to stand in the presence of this holy Lord God? Who should the ark go to from here?”

And the men of Bethshemesh said, Who is able to stand before this holy LORD God? and to whom shall he go up from us?

The residents of Beth Shemesh asked,“ Who is able to stand before the LORD, this holy God? To whom will the ark go up from here?”

The men of Beth Shemesh said,“ Who is able to stand before Yahweh, this holy God? To whom shall he go up from us?”

那一天，大衛懼怕耶和華，說：“耶和華的約櫃怎可以到我這裡來呢？”

可是，他來的日子，誰能當得起呢？他顯現的時候，誰能站立得住呢？因為他像煉金之人的火，又像漂布之人的鹼。

因為他們震怒的大日子來到了，誰能站立得住呢？”

唯有你是可畏的，你的烈怒一發出，誰能在你面前站立得住呢？

他們就派人去召集非利士人各城的首領前來，問他們：“我們要怎樣處理以色列神的約櫃呢？”他們回答：“把以色列神的約櫃運到迦特去吧。”他們就把它運到迦特去了。運到那裡以後，耶和華的手攻擊那城，引起很大的恐慌。他擊打全城的人，不分老幼，使痔瘡在他們中間蔓延。於是他們把神的約櫃送到以革倫。神的約櫃到了以革倫的時候，以革倫人就喊叫：“他們把以色列神的約櫃運到我們這裡來，是要殺害我們和我們的人啊！”於是他們派人去召集非利士人各城的首領前來，對他們說：“請把以色列神的約櫃送回原處，免得它殺害我們和我們的人民。”死亡的恐慌籠罩全城，因為神的手重重地壓在那裡。沒有死的人都遭受痔瘡的打擊；那城的哀聲，上達於天。

以色列人對摩西說：“我們要死了，我們滅亡了，我們都滅亡了。走近耶和華帳幕的，都必定死；難道我們都要死嗎？”

大衛因耶和華忽然殺死烏撒，非常不悅，就稱那地方為毘列斯．烏撒，直到今日。那天，大衛懼怕神，說：“我怎可以把神的約櫃運到我這裡來呢？”所以，大衛沒有把約櫃運到大衛城他自己那裡去，卻轉運到迦特人俄別．以東的家裡去。

格拉森一帶的人，都要求耶穌離開他們，因為他們大大懼怕。他就上船回去了。

西門．彼得看見這種情景，就俯伏在耶穌膝前，說：“主啊，離開我，因為我是個罪人。”

因為我是耶和華，曾把你們從埃及地領上來，為要作你們的神；你們要分別為聖，因為我是聖潔的。”

耶和華的怒氣向烏撒發作；神因這錯誤的舉動，就當場擊殺他，他就死在神的約櫃旁邊。
