民遣人至示羅、由彼以居基路伯間萬有之主之約匱舁來、以利二子何弗尼非尼哈偕至、守天主之約匱、

So the people sent men to Shiloh, and they brought back the ark of the covenant of the Lord Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim. And Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So the people sent men to Shiloh. They brought back the ark of the Lord’ s covenant law. He sits there on his throne between the cherubim. The Lord is the one who rules over all. Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were with the ark of God’s covenant law. The ark was in Shiloh.

大衛和與他在一起的眾人起程前去，要從巴拉‧猶大把神的約櫃運來，這約櫃的名稱是以坐在二基路伯之上萬軍之耶和華的名字而起的。

摩西進入會幕要與耶和華說話的時候，就聽見法櫃的施恩座上，二基路伯中間，有與他說話的聲音，是耶和華與他說話。

以色列的牧者啊！帶領約瑟好像帶領羊群的啊！求你留心聽；坐在基路伯上面的啊！求你顯出榮光。

耶和華作王，萬民都要戰慄；他坐在兩個基路伯之上，大地也要震動。

希西家在耶和華面前禱告，說：“耶和華以色列的神，坐在二基路伯中間的啊，只有你是地上萬國的神，天地是你創造的。

起營出發的時候，亞倫和他的兒子要進去，把遮蓋至聖所的幔子卸下來，用來遮蓋約櫃；

但神對惡人說：“你怎麼敢述說我的律例，你的口怎麼敢提到我的約呢？至於你，你憎恨管教，並且把我的話丟在背後。

現在，你們要向神求情，好使他恩待我們。這污穢的祭物，既是你們經手獻的，他還能悅納你們嗎？萬軍之耶和華說：

以利的兩個兒子是無賴，不尊重耶和華，也不理會當時祭司待人民的規矩。凡是有人獻祭，在煮肉的時候，祭司的僕人就來，手裡拿著三齒的叉，把叉子插入煎盤裡，或鼎裡，或釜裡，或鍋裡，叉子插上來的，祭司都拿去。所有到示羅來的以色列人，祭司都是這樣待他們。還有，在焚燒脂油以前，祭司的僕人就來，對獻祭的人說：“把祭肉交給祭司燒烤吧，因為他不會向你要煮過的肉，單要生的。”如果那人對僕人說：“必須先把脂油焚燒了，然後你才可以隨意去拿。”他就說：“不可以，你現在就要給我，否則我就搶去。”這樣，那兩個青年人在耶和華面前所犯的罪很大，因為他們藐視獻給耶和華的祭物。

全營出發的時候，亞倫和他的兒子，把聖所和聖所的一切器具遮蓋完了以後，哥轄的子孫就要來抬；只是他們不可觸摸聖物，免得他們死亡。會幕裡這些物件是哥轄的子孫應當抬的。

你要用黃金錘成兩個基路伯，放在施恩座的兩端。這端做個基路伯，那端做個基路伯，二基路伯要與施恩座連在一起製造，在施恩座的兩端。二基路伯要在上面展開雙翼，遮掩施恩座，基路伯的臉要彼此相對，他們的臉要朝著施恩座。你要把施恩座安放在櫃頂，又要把我賜給你的法版放在櫃裡。我要在那裡和你相會，也要從施恩座上面，從二基路伯之間，告訴你一切我命令你傳給以色列人的事。

以利已經非常老了，聽見自己的兒子對待以色列人的一切事，又聽見他們與在會幕門口侍應的婦女同寢。

邪靈回答他們：“耶穌我認識，保羅我也知道；你們是誰？”邪靈所附的那人就撲到他們身上，制伏了兩人，勝過了他們，使他們赤著身帶著傷，從那房子逃了出來。
