撒母耳對掃羅說：「你為什麼打擾我，招我上來呢？」掃羅答道：「我深陷困境，非利士人與我們交戰，上帝也撇棄了我，不再藉著先知或夢來回答我。因此，我只好招你上來，好告訴我該怎麼辦。」

撒母耳对扫罗说：“你为什么搅扰我，招我上来呢？”扫罗回答说：“我甚窘急；因为非利士人攻击我，神也离开我，不再藉先知或梦回答我。因此请你上来，好指示我应当怎样行。”

撒母耳对扫罗说：“你为什么搅扰我，招我上来呢？”扫罗说：“我十分为难，因为非利士人攻击我，上帝离开我，不再藉先知或梦回答我。因此请你上来，好指示我应当怎样做。”

撒母耳对扫罗说：“你为什么搅扰我，招我上来呢？”扫罗说：“我十分为难，因为非利士人攻击我，神离开我，不再藉先知或梦回答我。因此请你上来，好指示我应当怎样做。”

撒母耳对扫罗说：“你为什么打扰我，招我上来呢？”扫罗答道：“我深陷困境，非利士人与我们交战，上帝也撇弃了我，不再借着先知或梦来回答我。因此，我只好招你上来，好告诉我该怎么办。”

撒母耳对扫罗说：“你为什么搅扰我，把我招上来呢？”扫罗说：“我非常苦恼，非利士人正在攻打我，神又离开了我，不再藉着先知或异梦回答我。所以我请你上来，指示我应该怎样行。”

撒母耳问扫罗：“你为什么搅扰我，招我上来呢？”扫罗回答：“我面临极大的危难：非利士人与我争战，神也离开了我，不再藉着先知或梦回应我。所以我召唤你来、指示我该怎么做。”

撒母耳對掃羅說：「你為甚麼攪擾我，招我上來呢？」掃羅回答說：「我甚窘急；因為非利士人攻擊我，神也離開我，不再藉先知或夢回答我。因此請你上來，好指示我應當怎樣行。」

撒母耳對掃羅說：「你為甚麼攪擾我，招我上來呢？」掃羅說：「我十分為難，因為非利士人攻擊我，上帝離開我，不再藉先知或夢回答我。因此請你上來，好指示我應當怎樣做。」

撒母耳對掃羅說：“你為甚麼攪擾我，把我招上來呢？”掃羅說：“我非常苦惱，非利士人正在攻打我，神又離開了我，不再藉著先知或異夢回答我。所以我請你上來，指示我應該怎樣行。”

撒母耳對掃羅說：『你為甚麼攪擾我，把我招上來？』掃羅說：『我非常困難；非利士人對我作戰，上帝又離開我，不再由神言人經手、也不再藉着夢來回答我；因此我請你來指示我該怎樣行。』

撒母耳問掃羅：「你為什麼攪擾我，招我上來呢？」掃羅回答：「我面臨極大的危難：非利士人與我爭戰，神也離開了我，不再藉著先知或夢回應我。所以我召喚你來、指示我該怎麼做。」

撒母耳謂掃羅曰、爾何擾我、使我上耶、掃羅曰、我甚窘急、非利士人將與我戰、上帝離我、不以先知與夢答我、故招爾至、示我以所當行、

Samuel said to Saul,“ Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?”“ I am in great distress,” Saul said.“ The Philistines are fighting against me, and God has departed from me. He no longer answers me, either by prophets or by dreams. So I have called on you to tell me what to do.”

Samuel said to Saul,“ Why have you troubled me by bringing me up from the dead?”“ I’m having big problems,” Saul said.“ The Philistines are fighting against me. God has left me. He doesn’t answer me anymore. He doesn’t speak to me through prophets or dreams. So I’ve called on you to tell me what to do.”

Then Samuel said to Saul,“ Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?” Saul answered,“ I am in great distress, for the Philistines are warring against me, and God has turned away from me and answers me no more, either by prophets or by dreams. Therefore I have summoned you to tell me what I shall do.”

“ Why have you disturbed me by calling me back?” Samuel asked Saul.“ Because I am in deep trouble,” Saul replied.“ The Philistines are at war with me, and God has left me and won’t reply by prophets or dreams. So I have called for you to tell me what to do.”

“ Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?” Samuel asked Saul.“ I’m in serious trouble,” replied Saul.“ The Philistines are fighting against me and God has turned away from me. He doesn’t answer me anymore, either through the prophets or in dreams. So I’ve called on you to tell me what I should do.”

And Samuel said to Saul,“ Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?” Saul replied,“ I am very distressed, for the Philistines are waging war against me, and God has abandoned me and no longer answers me, either through prophets or in dreams; therefore I have called you, so that you may let me know what I should do.”

Now Samuel said to Saul,“ Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?” And Saul answered,“ I am deeply distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God has departed from me and does not answer me anymore, neither by prophets nor by dreams. Therefore I have called you, that you may reveal to me what I should do.”

And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by prophets, nor by dreams: therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest make known unto me what I shall do.

“ Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?” Samuel asked Saul.“ I’m in serious trouble,” replied Saul.“ The Philistines are fighting against me and God has turned away from me. He doesn’t answer me anymore, either through the prophets or in dreams. So I’ve called on you to tell me what I should do.”

And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by prophets, nor by dreams: therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest make known unto me what I shall do.

Samuel said to Saul,“ Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?” Saul replied,“ I am terribly troubled! The Philistines are fighting against me and God has turned away from me. He does not answer me– not by the prophets nor by dreams. So I have called on you to tell me what I should do.”

Samuel said to Saul,“ Why have you disturbed me, to bring me up?” Saul answered,“ I am very distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God has departed from me, and answers me no more, by prophets, or by dreams. Therefore I have called you, that you may make known to me what I shall do.”

就求問耶和華，但耶和華沒有藉著夢、烏陵或先知回答他。

他在陰間受折磨，抬頭遠遠地看見亞伯拉罕和他身邊的拉撒路，就喊著說，『我的先祖亞伯拉罕啊！求你可憐我，派拉撒路用指尖蘸點水來潤潤我的舌頭吧！我在這火中實在痛苦不堪。』「亞伯拉罕說，『孩子啊！你要想想，你生前享福，而拉撒路受苦；如今他在這裡得到安慰，而你受折磨。況且，在你我中間隔著一道深淵，這邊的人不能到你那邊去，你那邊的人也不能到這裡來。』

耶和華離開了掃羅與大衛同在，因而掃羅懼怕大衛。

撒母耳就拿出盛膏油的角，當著他哥哥們的面膏立他。從那天起，耶和華的靈降在大衛身上。事後，撒母耳回拉瑪去了。耶和華的靈離開了掃羅，有個邪靈從耶和華那裡來折磨他。

背棄正道，自食惡果；善人行善，必得善報。

婦人問道：「你想讓我招誰上來呢？」掃羅答道：「招撒母耳上來。」

大衛知道了掃羅的計謀，便吩咐祭司亞比亞他把以弗得帶來，然後說：「耶和華，以色列的上帝啊，僕人聽說掃羅要來毀滅基伊拉，因為我在這裡。

掃羅喬裝打扮，由兩個人陪同乘夜趕到那婦人家裡，說：「請你用法術把我要求問的亡靈招上來吧。」

她喊道：「參孫，非利士人來捉你了！」參孫醒來，心想：「我要像前幾次一樣掙脫捆綁。」他卻不知道耶和華已經離開他了。

「王又對左邊的人說，『你們這些被咒詛的人，走開！到專為魔鬼及其使者預備的永遠不滅的火裡去吧！

便求問耶和華：「我可以去攻打非利士人嗎？」耶和華答道：「你可以去攻打非利士人，營救基伊拉。」

你這不是自食其果嗎？因為你的上帝耶和華一路引導你的時候，你卻背棄祂。現在，你去埃及喝尼羅河的水有什麼用呢？你去亞述喝幼發拉底河的水有什麼用呢？

你們縱然把孩子養大，我也要奪去他們的性命，一個也不留。我撇棄你們的時候，你們就有禍了！

臨終之時，肉體衰殘，你必呻吟不止，說：「我為何厭惡教誨，心裡藐視責備！不聽從老師的話，不側耳聽導師之言。

不要丟棄我，使我離開你，也不要從我身上收回你的聖靈。

大衛再求問耶和華，耶和華答道：「到基伊拉去吧，我一定把非利士人交在你手裡。」
