Why should I take my bread and water, and the meat I have slaughtered for my shearers, and give it to men coming from who knows where?”

Why should I give away my bread and water? Why should I give away the meat I’ve prepared for those who clip the wool off my sheep? Why should I give food to men who come from who knows where?”

Shall I take my bread and my water and my meat that I have killed for my shearers and give it to men who come from I do not know where?”

Should I take my bread and my water and my meat that I’ve slaughtered for my shearers and give it to a band of outlaws who come from who knows where?”

Am I supposed to take my bread, my water, and my meat that I butchered for my shearers and give them to these men? I don’t know where they are from.”

所以，有了机会就当向众人行善，向信徒一家的人更当这样。

有拿八的一个仆人告诉拿八的妻亚比该说：“大卫从旷野打发使者来问我主人的安，主人却辱骂他们。但是那些人待我们甚好；我们在田野与他们来往的时候，没有受他们的欺负，也未曾失落什么。

当将你的粮食撒在水面，因为日久必能得着。你要分给七人，或分给八人，因为你不知道将来有什么灾祸临到地上。

古人有句俗语说：‘恶事出于恶人。’我却不亲手加害于你。

恐怕你心里说：‘这货财是我力量、我能力得来的。’

你们要互相款待，不发怨言。

他们的眼睛因体胖而凸出；他们所得的，过于心里所想的。他们讥笑人，凭恶意说欺压人的话；他们说话自高。

或独自吃我一点食物，孤儿没有与我同吃；

似乎不为人所知，却是人所共知的；似乎要死，却是活着的；似乎受责罚，却是不至丧命的；

神对摩西说话是我们知道的；只是这个人，我们不知道他从哪里来！”那人回答说：“他开了我的眼睛，你们竟不知道他从哪里来，这真是奇怪！
