他们围绕着我，把我围困，我靠着耶和华的名必除灭他们。他们如同蜜蜂围绕着我，但他们要像烧荆棘的火熄灭；我靠着耶和华的名必除灭他们。他们（“他们”原文作“你”）极力推我，要我跌倒，耶和华却帮助了我。

于是米甲从窗口把大卫缒下去，大卫就离开那里逃走，逃脱了。

他们走了以后，两人从井里上来，去告诉大卫王，对大卫说：“你们要起来，赶快过河，因为亚希多弗已经定了这样这样的谋略攻击你们。”于是大卫和跟随他的众人都起来，渡过约旦河；到了天亮，没有一人还没有渡过约旦河的。

有许多公牛围着我，巴珊强壮的公牛困住了我。

他们追踪我，现在把我围困了（“他们追踪我，现在把我围困了”原文作“他们围困了我们的脚步”）；他们瞪着眼，要把我推倒在地上。

耶和华啊！求你拯救我脱离恶人，求你保护我脱离强暴的人。他们心中图谋恶事，整天挑启争端。他们使自己的舌头尖利，如同蛇的舌头；他们嘴里有虺蛇的毒。（细拉）耶和华啊！求你保护我脱离恶人的手，保护我脱离强暴的人，因为他们图谋推倒我。骄傲的人暗中布下陷阱害我，他们在路旁张开绳索作网，设下圈套陷害我。（细拉）我曾对耶和华说：“你是我的神；耶和华啊！求你留心听我恳求的声音！”主耶和华，拯救我的力量啊，在争战的日子，你保护了我的头。耶和华啊！求你不要容恶人的心愿得偿，不要使他们的计谋成功，免得他们自高自大。（细拉）至于那些围困我的人，愿他们的头被自己嘴唇的奸恶遮盖。

他们上来遍满了全地，围住了圣徒的营和那蒙爱的城，就有火从天上降下来，毁灭了他们。
