受傷害、作為傷害人的工錢。他們以日間的宴樂為快樂——嘿，污點和瑕疵！他們同你們宴會的時候、就在他們欺騙性的娛樂中沉浸於宴樂；有充滿着淫婦和不止息的罪的眼睛，餌誘着心不堅固的人，持着那習於貪婪的心。嘿，被咒詛的兒女！他們既離棄了正直的路，就走迷了，一味隨從比珥的兒子巴蘭的路。巴蘭就是那貪愛不義之工錢的，

這些狗的食慾極強，不知飽足；嘿，這種人竟是牧人！不知聰明為何物！他們都偏向自行的路，各從各方專求自己的利益。

我所吩咐獻的肉祭和供物、你們為甚麼以貪慕的眼看它，而尊重你兒子過於尊重我，將我人民以色列所獻一切上好的供物都拿去養肥自己呢？」

哦、巴不得你們中間有人把殿門關上，免得你們在我祭壇上白燒了火，萬軍之永恆主說：我不喜愛你們，我不從你們手中收納供物。

因為我從以色列人中、從他們的平安祭物中取了所搖獻的胸所提獻的腿給祭司亞倫和他的子孫做他們從以色列人中永遠應得的分兒。』
