你要踹在狮子和虺蛇的身上，践踏少壮狮子和大蛇。

参孙跟他父母下亭拿去，到了亭拿的葡萄园，见有一只少壮狮子向他吼叫。耶和华的灵大大感动参孙，他虽然手无器械，却将狮子撕裂，如同撕裂山羊羔一样。他行这事并没有告诉父母。

土人看见那毒蛇悬在他手上，就彼此说：“这人必是个凶手，虽然从海里救上来，天理还不容他活着。”保罗竟把那毒蛇甩在火里，并没有受伤。土人想他必要肿起来，或是忽然仆倒死了；看了多时，见他无害，就转念，说：“他是个神。”

有甲薛勇士耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅行过大能的事；他杀了摩押人亚利伊勒的两个儿子，又在下雪的时候下坑里去，杀了一个狮子，
