你們或是你們的子孫，若是轉去不跟從我，不遵守我賜給你們的誡命和律例，去事奉別的神，敬拜他們，

倘若你们和你们的子孙转去不跟从我，不守我指示你们的诫命律例，去侍奉敬拜别神，

倘若你们和你们的子孙转去不跟从我，不守我摆在你们面前的诫命律例，去事奉别神，敬拜它们，

倘若你们和你们的子孙转去不跟从我，不守我摆在你们面前的诫命律例，去事奉别神，敬拜它们，

“然而，如果你们及你们的子孙离弃我，不守我的诫命和律例，去供奉、祭拜别的神明，

你们或是你们的子孙，若是转去不跟从我，不遵守我赐给你们的诫命和律例，去事奉别的神，敬拜他们，

倘若你們和你們的子孫轉去不跟從我，不守我指示你們的誡命律例，去事奉敬拜別神，

倘若你們和你們的子孫轉去不跟從我，不守我擺在你們面前的誡命律例，去事奉別神，敬拜它們，

倘若你們和你們的子孫轉去不跟從我，不守我擺在你們面前的誡命律例，去事奉別神，敬拜它們，

「然而，如果你們及你們的子孫離棄我，不守我的誡命和律例，去供奉、祭拜別的神明，

但是你們或你們的子孫若轉離了我，不守我的誡命、律例、就是我所擺在你們面前的，反而去服事敬拜別的神，

如爾及子孫、轉而不從我、不守我所示爾之誡命典章、往事他神、而崇拜之、

如爾及子孫、背逆乎我、不守所命之禮儀禁令、奉事他上帝、

如爾及爾子孫背逆我、不守我所賜爾之誡命律例、往而奉事崇拜他神、

“ But if you or your descendants turn away from me and do not observe the commands and decrees I have given you and go off to serve other gods and worship them,

“ But suppose all of you turn away from me. Or your children turn away from me. You refuse to obey the commands and rules I have given you. And you go off to serve other gods and worship them.

But if you turn aside from following me, you or your children, and do not keep my commandments and my statutes that I have set before you, but go and serve other gods and worship them,

“ But if you or your descendants abandon me and disobey the commands and decrees I have given you, and if you serve and worship other gods,

If you or your sons turn away from following me and do not keep my commands— my statutes that I have set before you— and if you go and serve other gods and bow in worship to them,

“ But if you or your sons indeed turn away from following Me, and do not keep My commandments and My statutes which I have placed before you, but you go and serve other gods and worship them,

But if you or your sons at all turn from following Me, and do not keep My commandments and My statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods and worship them,

But if ye shall turn away from following me, ye or your children, and not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but shall go and serve other gods, and worship them;

If you or your sons turn away from following Me and do not keep My commands— My statutes that I have set before you— and if you go and serve other gods and worship them,

[ But] if ye shall at all turn from following me, ye or your children, and will not keep my commandments[ and] my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them:

“ But if you or your sons ever turn away from me, fail to obey the regulations and rules I instructed you to keep, and decide to serve and worship other gods,

But if you turn away from following me, you or your children, and not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them;

“至於你，我兒所羅門哪，你要認識耶和華你父親的神，一心樂意事奉他，因為耶和華鑒察萬人的心，知道人的一切心思意念。你若是尋求他，就必尋見；你若是離棄他，他必永遠丟棄你。

我要作他的父親，他要作我的兒子，他若是犯了罪，我要用人的刑杖、用世人的鞭子糾正他。但我的慈愛必不離開他，像離開在你面前的掃羅一樣。你的家和你的王國，也必在我(按照《馬索拉文本》，「我」作「你」；現參照其他抄本及古譯本翻譯)的面前永遠堅定，你的王位也必永遠堅立。’”

耶和華你們的神應許你們的一切福氣怎樣臨到你們身上，耶和華也必照樣使各樣的災禍臨到你們身上，直到把你們從耶和華你們的神賜給你們的這美地上消滅為止。如果你們違背了耶和華你們的神吩咐你們遵守的約，去事奉別的神，敬拜他們，耶和華必向你們大發烈怒，使你們從他賜給你們的美地上迅速滅亡。”

“可是，如果你們轉離我，丟棄我在你們面前頒布的律例和誡命，去事奉和敬拜別的神，我就必把以色列人從我賜給他們的土地上拔出來，並且我為自己的名分別為聖的這殿，我也必從我面前捨棄，使這殿在萬民中成為笑談和譏笑的對象。這殿雖然高大，但將來經過的人，都必驚訝，說：‘耶和華為甚麼這樣對待這地和這殿呢？’人必回答說：‘是因為這地的人離棄了耶和華他們列祖的神，就是領他們從埃及地出來的神，去親近別的神，敬拜和事奉他們；所以，耶和華使這一切災禍臨到他們。’”

因此，耶和華以色列的神說：‘我曾說：你的家和你的父家，必永遠行在我面前。’現在耶和華卻說：‘我決不容你們這樣行了，因為尊重我的，我必尊重他；藐視我的，必受到輕視。

如果他的子孫離棄我的律法，不照著我的典章而行；

亞撒利雅就出來迎接亞撒，對他說：“亞撒和猶大、便雅憫所有的人哪！請聽我說。你們跟隨耶和華，耶和華就和你們同在；你們尋求他，就必給你們尋見；你們離棄他，他必離棄你們。

所羅門年老的時候，他的妃嬪誘惑他的心偏離了神去隨從別的神。他的心不像他的父親大衛那樣完全歸於耶和華他的神。因為所羅門隨從西頓人的女神亞斯他錄，和亞捫人可憎的偶像米勒公。所羅門行耶和華看為惡的事，不效法他的父親大衛完完全全跟從耶和華。那時，所羅門為摩押人可憎的偶像基抹和亞捫人可憎的偶像摩洛，在耶路撒冷東面的山上建造邱壇。他為他娶自外族的妃嬪都這樣作；她們都向自己的神燒香獻祭。耶和華向所羅門發怒，因為他的心偏離了曾經兩次向他顯現的耶和華以色列的神。耶和華為了這事曾經吩咐他，不可隨從別的神，可是他沒有遵守耶和華吩咐的。

我就用杖責罰他們的過犯，用鞭責罰他們的罪孽。
