故爾有眾、當誠心對越我上帝耶和華、從其典章、守其誡命、有如今日、○

今爾有眾當誠心從我上帝耶和華、守其禮儀禁令、與今日無異。

惟爾民眾、當誠心向主我之天主、遵其律例、守其誡命、有如今日、○

And may your hearts be fully committed to the Lord our God, to live by his decrees and obey his commands, as at this time.”

And may you commit your lives completely to the Lord our God. May you live by his rules. May you obey his commands. May you always do as you are doing now.”

Let your heart therefore be wholly true to the Lord our God, walking in his statutes and keeping his commandments, as at this day.”

And may you be completely faithful to the Lord our God. May you always obey his decrees and commands, just as you are doing today.”

Be wholeheartedly devoted to the LORD our God to walk in his statutes and to keep his commands, as it is today.”

「耶和華啊，求你顧念我怎樣全心、忠誠地事奉你，做你視為善的事。」希西迦痛哭起來。

所羅門年老的時候，他的嬪妃誘惑他的心去追隨別的神明。他沒有像他父親大衛那樣忠心順服他的上帝耶和華。

雖然他沒有拆毀邱壇，但他一生忠於耶和華。

亞比央和他父親一樣作惡多端，沒有像他祖先大衛一樣忠於他的上帝耶和華。

「我兒所羅門啊，你要認識你父親的上帝耶和華，誠心樂意地事奉祂，因為祂洞察人心，知道人一切的心思意念。倘若你尋求祂，祂必讓你尋見；倘若你背棄祂，祂必永遠丟棄你。

你們要在你們的上帝耶和華面前純全無過。

耶和華問撒旦：「你注意到我的僕人約伯了嗎？世上沒有人像他那樣純全正直，敬畏我，遠離罪惡。」

親愛的弟兄姊妹，我們既然有這些應許，就當洗淨自己身體和靈魂一切的污穢，存著敬畏上帝的心追求完全聖潔。

烏斯有一個人名叫約伯，他純全正直，敬畏上帝，遠離罪惡。

亞伯蘭九十九歲那年，耶和華向他顯現說：「我是全能的上帝。你要遵行我的旨意，做純全無過的人。

這並不是說我已經得到了或者純全了，我還要竭力追求，或者可以達到基督耶穌要我達到的目標。弟兄姊妹，我並非以為自己已經得到了，我只專注一件事，就是忘記背後，努力向前，直奔目標，要贏得上帝藉著基督耶穌從天上呼召我去得的獎賞。我們中間成熟的基督徒都應該有這樣的看法。即使你們在什麼事上看法不同，上帝也必讓你們明白。然而，我們長進到什麼程度，就照著什麼程度去行。

你看那純全正直、愛好和平的人，他們前途美好。
