Hear the supplication of your servant and of your people Israel when they pray toward this place. Hear from heaven, your dwelling place, and when you hear, forgive.

求你在天上垂听，赦免你仆人——你以色列子民的罪，教导他们走正道，降下甘霖滋润你赐给你子民作产业的土地。

求你从天上的居所垂听，赦免他们。唯独你能洞察人心，你必按各人的行为施行赏罚，

求你从天上垂听，赦免他们的罪，带领他们回到你赐给他们祖先的土地上。

主耶和华啊，倘若你追究我们的罪过，谁能站得住呢？然而，你赦免我们，所以你当受敬畏。

主啊，求你垂听！主啊，求你赦免！主啊，求你应允，立刻行动！我的上帝啊，为你自己的缘故，求你不要耽延，因为这城和这民都属于你的名下。”

在上帝面前不要冒失开口，不可急于发言，因为祂在天上，你在地上。所以，你要少言寡语。

“天上的上帝耶和华啊，你是伟大而可畏的上帝，你向爱你、守你诫命的人守约，施慈爱。仆人在你面前昼夜为你的众仆人以色列民祈祷，求你睁眼察看，侧耳倾听。我承认以色列人向你所犯的罪，以及我和我的家族所犯的罪。

求你从天上的居所垂听他们的祈求，为他们伸张正义，

你赦免了你子民的罪过，遮盖了他们所有的过犯。（细拉）

“你们应当这样祷告，“‘我们天上的父，愿人们都尊崇你的圣名，

求你从天上的居所垂听，应允他们的祈求，好叫天下万民都像你的以色列子民一样认识你的名，敬畏你，并知道我建造的这殿属于你的名下。

而这些被称为我名下的子民若谦卑下来，祈祷、寻求我的面，离开恶道，我必从天上垂听，赦免他们的罪，医治他们的土地。

祂从天上俯视人间，从祂的居所察看世上万民。

那至高至上、永远长存的圣者说：“我住在至高至圣之处，但我也跟痛悔、谦卑的人同住，使他们心灵振作。

在天上做王的耶和华啊！我仰望你。

饶恕我们的罪，就像我们饶恕了得罪我们的人。

谁能与我们的上帝耶和华相比？祂坐在至高之处，俯视诸天和大地。

你的子民在这里居住，为你的名建造殿宇，说，‘如果我们遭遇祸患，无论是战祸、瘟疫或饥荒，当我们在急难中站在这殿前向你呼求时，你必定垂听，施行拯救，因为你的名在这殿里。’
