宝座前好像一个玻璃海，如同水晶。宝座中和宝座周围有四个活物，前后遍体都满了眼睛。第一个活物像狮子，第二个像牛犊，第三个脸面像人，第四个像飞鹰。

墙上雕刻基路伯和棕树。每二基路伯中间有一棵棕树，每基路伯有二脸。这边有人脸向着棕树，那边有狮子脸向着棕树，殿内周围都是如此。

他将两个基路伯安在内殿里；基路伯的翅膀是张开的，这基路伯的一个翅膀挨着这边的墙，那基路伯的一个翅膀挨着那边的墙，里边的两个翅膀在殿中间彼此相接；

于是把他赶出去了；又在伊甸园的东边安设基路伯和四面转动发火焰的剑，要把守生命树的道路。
