So I have decided to build a temple to honor the LORD my God, as the LORD instructed my father David,‘ Your son, whom I will put on your throne in your place, is the one who will build a temple to honor me.’

我定意要为耶和华我神的名建殿，是照耶和华应许我父亲大卫的话说：‘我必使你儿子接续你坐你的位，他必为我的名建殿。’

看哪，我吩咐要为耶和华—我上帝的名建殿，是照耶和华向我父亲大卫说的：‘我必使你儿子接续你，坐你的王位，他必为我的名建殿。’

看哪，我吩咐要为耶和华—我神的名建殿，是照耶和华向我父亲大卫说的：‘我必使你儿子接续你，坐你的王位，他必为我的名建殿。’

我想为我的上帝耶和华建殿，因为耶和华曾对我父大卫说，‘我必使你的儿子继承你的王位，他必为我的名建殿。’

所以我有意要为耶和华我的神的名建造殿宇，正如耶和华曾对我的父亲大卫说：‘你的儿子，就是我要使他接续你坐在王位上的，要为我的名建造殿宇。’

所以我有意要為耶和華我的神的名建造殿宇，正如耶和華曾對我的父親大衛說：‘你的兒子，就是我要使他接續你坐在王位上的，要為我的名建造殿宇。’

我心裏就說要為永恆主我的上帝的名建殿，照永恆主對我父親大衛所說過的話，說：「你那兒子、我所要設立來接替你坐你位上的、是他才要為我的名來建殿。」

我決志為我上帝耶和華之名建室、應耶和華諭我父大衛之言曰、我將使爾子繼爾踐位、彼必為我名建室、

我欲建殿、籲我上帝耶和華名、應耶和華告我父大闢之言、曰、我將使爾子繼位、彼必建殿、以籲我名。

我欲為主我天主之名建殿、應主許我父大衛之言云、我將使爾子繼爾之位、彼必為我名建殿、

I intend, therefore, to build a temple for the Name of the Lord my God, as the Lord told my father David, when he said,‘ Your son whom I will put on the throne in your place will build the temple for my Name.’

So I’m planning to build a temple. I want to build it for the Name of the Lord my God. That’s what he told my father David he wanted me to do. He said,‘ I will put your son on the throne in your place. He will build a temple. I will put my Name there.’

And so I intend to build a house for the name of the Lord my God, as the Lord said to David my father,‘ Your son, whom I will set on your throne in your place, shall build the house for my name.’

So I am planning to build a Temple to honor the name of the Lord my God, just as he had instructed my father, David. For the Lord told him,‘ Your son, whom I will place on your throne, will build the Temple to honor my name.’

So I plan to build a temple for the name of the LORD my God, according to what the LORD promised my father David:‘ I will put your son on your throne in your place, and he will build the temple for my name.’

So behold, I intend to build a house for the name of the Lord my God, just as the Lord spoke to David my father, saying,‘ Your son, whom I will put on your throne in your place, he will build the house for My name.’

And behold, I propose to build a house for the name of the Lord my God, as the Lord spoke to my father David, saying,“ Your son, whom I will set on your throne in your place, he shall build the house for My name.”

And, behold, I purpose to build a house for the name of Jehovah my God, as Jehovah spake unto David my father, saying, Thy son, whom I will set upon thy throne in thy room, he shall build the house for my name.

So I plan to build a temple for the name of Yahweh my God, according to what the Lord promised my father David:‘ I will put your son on your throne in your place, and he will build the temple for My name.’

And, behold, I purpose to build an house unto the name of the LORD my God, as the LORD spake unto David my father, saying, Thy son, whom I will set upon thy throne in thy room, he shall build an house unto my name.

Behold, I intend to build a house for the name of Yahweh my God, as Yahweh spoke to David my father, saying,‘ Your son, whom I will set on your throne in your place shall build the house for my name.’

He will build me a house, and I will make his dynasty permanent.

He will build a temple to honor me; he will become my son, and I will become his father. I will grant to his dynasty permanent rule over Israel.’

He said to me,‘ Solomon your son is the one who will build my temple and my courts, for I have chosen him to become my son and I will become his father.

When the time comes for you to die, I will raise up your descendant, one of your own sons, to succeed you, and I will establish his kingdom.He will build a house for my name, and I will make his dynasty permanent.

Then say to him,‘ The LORD who rules over all says,“ Look– here is the man whose name is Branch, who will sprout up from his place and build the temple of the LORD.Indeed, he will build the temple of the LORD, and he will be clothed in splendor, sitting as king on his throne. Moreover, there will be a priest with him on his throne and they will see eye to eye on everything.

Realize now that the LORD has chosen you to build a temple as his sanctuary. Be strong and do it!”

( 1: 18) Solomon ordered a temple to be built to honor the LORD, as well as a royal palace for himself.( 2: 1) Solomon had 70,000 common laborers and 80,000 stonecutters in the hills, in addition to 3,600 supervisors.Solomon sent a message to King Huram of Tyre:“ Help me as you did my father David, when you sent him cedar logs for the construction of his palace.Look, I am ready to build a temple to honor the LORD my God and to dedicate it to him in order to burn fragrant incense before him, to set out the bread that is regularly displayed, and to offer burnt sacrifices each morning and evening, and on Sabbaths, new moon festivals, and at other times appointed by the LORD our God. This is something Israel must do on a permanent basis.I will build a great temple, for our God is greater than all gods.Of course, who can really build a temple for him, since the sky and the highest heavens cannot contain him? Who am I that I should build him a temple! It will really be only a place to offer sacrifices before him.“ Now send me a man who is skilled in working with gold, silver, bronze, and iron, as well as purple, crimson, and violet colored fabrics, and who knows how to engrave. He will work with my skilled craftsmen here in Jerusalem and Judah, whom my father David provided.Send me cedars, evergreens, and algum trees from Lebanon, for I know your servants are adept at cutting down trees in Lebanon. My servants will work with your servants
