Moreover, I will give you what you have not asked for— both wealth and honor— so that in your lifetime you will have no equal among kings.

因為永恆主上帝是日頭、是盾牌；他賜下恩惠和榮耀；他未嘗留下一樣好處、而不給那行為純全的人。萬軍之永恆主啊，倚靠你的人有福啊！

他既不愛惜自己的兒子，反而為我們萬人放棄了他，豈不也把萬物連他、都一同恩賜我們麼？

或保羅、或亞波羅、或磯法、或世界、或活、或死、或現在的、或將來的、全是你們的；但你們卻是基督的，基督又是上帝的。

所羅門王的財寶和智慧比地上的列王都大。全地上的人都想求見所羅門一面，要聽他的智慧、就是上帝所賜在他心裏的。他們各運來了貢物、就是銀器、金器、衣裳、沒藥、香料、馬、騾：年年都有一定的數量。所羅門聚集了戰車駿馬：他有戰車一千四百輛，駿馬一萬二千匹；他把這些車馬安置在屯車城和耶路撒冷跟王同在一處。王使銀子在耶路撒冷像石頭一樣，使香柏木像低原上無花果屬桑樹那麼多。所羅門所有的馬是從慕斯利和古厄出口運來的；是王的商人從古厄按價值買得來的。一輛車從慕斯利出口上來要六百錠銀子；一匹馬要一百五十錠。赫人諸王和亞蘭諸王經這些商人手將車馬運出來、也是這樣買賣的。
